Bar supports can only hold up to 110 lbs. Bench itself can hold up to 300 lbs person.

110 seems about right. I have one exactly like this but different brand. Gets sketchy at 100.

In this case it should go without saying since just looking at it you can tell it isn't sturdy enough to hold any real weight. But for future reference, anytime a bench lists weight capacity, it means user weight plus bar weight. So a capacity of 410 would mean a 300lb lifter could load no more than 110 on the bar. And most bars are 45lbs already, so that's only 65 you could load onto the bar.

I could bench 135 as a skinny 8th grader. I'd buy a better bench or just focus on bodyweight exercises.

Gee whiz, ppl. Not everyone needs a bench that can support hundreds and hundreds of lbs. You can tear/repair/build muscle by benching "low" weights with high reps and varying rep techniques. If you feel the need to bench HUNDREDS of lbs, buy something DESIGNED for that purpose...not a $90 bench that was NOT DESIGNED for that purpose. Age, gender, size, safety, strategy, injury, cost... are all reasons someone would buy this bench. Why would someone wanting MORE even bother reading or commenting on this bench thread? Weird.

Any idea if the leg weight section would take 1" weight plates?
