A well built desktop with 2 years warranty from Costco + Additional 2 years warranty when using Citi Costco credit card.

Few cons to be aware of:
- Only 2 RAM slots and both occupied.
- Proprietary HP Motherboard.

have this computer. Gotta be some compatibility issue, restarts randomly when trying to play games. Doesn't happen often, but enough for me to return this soon.

games where it restarts: Rainbow Six Siege, Forza Horizon 4, Warzone. Settings were not at the highest either.

This is a pretty solid desktop, the new NVIDIA cards are dropping soon so it may push some of these prices down further?

3rd gen Ryzen processors overdraw power at stock settings and Radeon cards also have a high power draw. Might want to look into upgrading the PSU or undervolting both to try to get that under control.

We also had bought one of these the last time around and it had acted weirdly even just in normal operation. It wasn't slow, but it would have random times where it would hesitate. Very strange. We returned it and picked up another Omen model from Best Buy with basically the same specs and it is much faster and no hesitations.

I have the same question but to me it looks like the one you got is better for non-gamers. How do you like it? I am tempted but I figured I would just upgrade the RAM on my 5 year old Windows 7 system.

Dell G5 Intel Core i7 10700F + NVIDIA RTX 2060 Gaming Desktop $1100

I like costco...but maybe this might be a better deal since it all Nvidia and not a HP board.

I think the Dell might be a better built machine versus the HP
