I do have lower back pain chronic.
Side sleeper and also on back sleeper with some props under knees.
What can I maybe consider getting out of this deal?

Now, plenty of mattresses are made only for certain retailers as well but you should be able to cross shop as long as you're dealing with an honest retailer. I've seen the sheets myself and they're nothing complicated.
*edit: also, most mattresses online you buy have a 120 day money back guarantee, so there's not much to lose. research, try out the bed, and if it doesn't work out, try out another.
