Good deal on Bondi! Nurses and ppl on their feet all day LOVE these shoes.Super cushioney.

Overpronators who want these for running should NOT get these - look for stability shoes instead.

Not sure how to explain it but one shoe had a crooked upper that tilted inwards to the medial side. Apparently it was a manufacturing defect. But a part of me suspects that Jackrabbit may be collecting 'B stock' inventory from other retailers and selling these shoes as 'new' during these clearance sales. For that reason I stick with Runningwarehouse even if it means paying an extra $10. RW ihas been very good to me. They sent me several pairs of extra Hola insoles after I misplaced the ones that came with the shoes. Every shoe I get from RW has been perfect and I don't pay sales tax for orders. I think JR charges tax because it's parent company operates a chain of stores in most states. I also had an issue with JR when my Gaviota order didn't show up in my online account order history. I wanted to track my order shipment to see if it had been shipped and when it was coming. I sent them an email and it took them a while to respond. Too long imo. By contrast I asked a question on RW's YouTube page this week asking when a particular shoe would be released and got a response back the same day from Conner, that guy who does videos and marketing for RW.

Jack rabbit is a solid reputable company. Many a purchases in days past. Will skip this deal to save money but good deal. Bondi are rarely on sale.

The Bondi is an enduring classic from Hoka. It is a plush training shoe, generally for neutral runners, with a generous toe box. I have planter's on my left foot and the Bondi and Clifton are my go-to runners for daily training.

Last deal I bought from jr was for the cliftons and I will never buy that model again. I had the Clifton 2s back in the day and they were awesome the newer models were horrible. Now I just buy the Speedgoats or Stinson model. I have bad knees how are the bondis in comparison? I run about 5 miles a day.

thanks OP, in for a pair even tho i still have a pair of gaviota's NIB.
currently rotating between gaviota and clifton 4s but about to retire the gaviota.

Hi i know cliftons are often on sale whereas the bondi are not. I went through months of waiting for a deal but ended up getting several pairs of brooks gts on clearance instead

Bought the Clifton last week for $80
Will give these a try also for a few dollars more!
My last pair of Hokas went a year and a half with no rips, tears or loss of comfort!

Edit: while waiting for somebody to answer me in the call, i submitted a request online. Amazingly, i received refund notice 3 mins later!

The Clifton is a lot more snug with a narrow box for your foot. I find they're great for hour long runs but I can't wear them all day. Bondi is awesome for indoor treadmill and can probably be worn for several hours after workout comfortably, but you will reduce the life of the shoe, especially if your husband is heavy.
