Seems like a okay deal - Has AMD Freesync and an IPS panel @ 60Hz. 2 x HDMI and 1 x DP input - currently $320 on BH though

Dell just had a deal on a 165Hz with Freesync and Gsync for $366. I'd say there are much better deals to be had, especially if you care at all about having higher than 60fps.

That was 1440p not 4k.
