FYI, has he same tech specs as the $399 M90n , but includes a 3 Year Warranty.
The down votes are most likely due to the mobile processor, that's used in laptops, and the fact its the U variant. The U is Ultra-low powered. they are always less powerful and generally focus on power saving. There are other comparable PCs out there for a similar price and maybe more powerful but they would most likely be much larger.
Just as an Example: BestBuy, refurbished, $470, i5-6500T, 8GB Ram, SSD, USBC. 7"L x 6.9"W x 1.3"H (slightly larger, More money, slightly better processor but also refurbished)

...which shows the Launch Date of the product, in this case, "Launch DateQ2'19" as Groch pointed out. And this date is the official launch date. It typically takes a bit longer for it to show up in products.
