A familiar name brand just expanding their product line and by the looks of it, it didn't sell well. I would think because otterbox is a "Premium Brand" with quality cases that quality should extend out to the charger packs.

But I wouldn't say its better than any of the common players like anker, aukey or Ravpower. I would go out on a limb to say it should have better quality than the no name brand random Chinese packs.

What exactly makes "Otterbox" Charging packs better then any other off-brand one?

So how does this work? Does it constantly keep the phone charging (bad for both batteries) or will it actively work with the phone to function as a sort of an "external power source"?

Thought it was All 4 Cellular, a cell phone site I haven't heard of in 10+ years, but can't tell from their website. But it is the first link the shows up when I searched google.

People are saying it's the same company just rebranded and with an updated product catalog, at least that's what I understood from some of the other deals they've had on here.

Bought a refurb otter box cooler from them. Came brand new. Zero issues. Same consensus through the cooler thread.

The Wireless in the description means? I see no reference to wireless charging in the details. Any ideas?

Seems cool but I'm thinking anywhere you can just sit your phone down to charge for an extended period of time you can most likely have a wireless charger plugged into a wall.

Also, the times where you wouldn't be next to an outlet and could just sit this down to charge most people would want to continue using their phone while charging so you'd end up plugin in a cord anyway. So essentially paying a small premium for wireless charging most might not use.

Just spit balling... not knocking it. I'll probably get one lol. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
