It's super solid. Just finished all of season 1 on Hulu last week and I really enjoyed it. Moves along at a good pace wth no filler bs
I just dropped this anime. The story got really mediocre, character development also really really bad. All it has going for it is the animation. seriously the story plot is VERY childish, clearly made for middle schoolers to mindlessly watch. Pass if you're over the age of 14
Not to get this full thread on a tangent but im currently looking for any new anime that could pique my interest. Do you have any recommendations for any decent up and coming shounen?
Not sure about upcoming but an underrated "shounen" is Ushio & Tora.
Anime's I recommend that may not be directly shounen:
Vinland Saga (vikings)
91 Days (mafia)
Rainbow (about some guys in a camp, really serious+good)
Parasyte (paranormal)
Promised Neverland( psychological)
Erased (psychological+deep)
Babylon (similar to death note vibes)
Ajin(CGI animation, but great story)
Goblin Slayer (dark adventure)
Psychopass (psychological)
Berserk (old school slasher)
megalobox(futuristic boxing)
Inuyashiki(unique action story)
Re:zero (currently airing)
These are anime's that I think are top picks out of my list (ive watched over 100 through the years). If you see any on that list you haven't watched, these are all shows that have 8/10+ story, should be a fool proof pick
