I would steer clear of buying this. I found an XTAR VC4 for about $16 shipped last year; it can charge both NiMH and Li-ion cells. If you want a fancier one that does more than just simply charge then I would suggest looking at a Vapcell S4 Plus.

I don't have experience with this model, but I have had a terrible experience with EBL's batteries and a different charger. I'd definitely stay away from the brand if I were you.

HKJ, who I trust most for battery and charger reviews, has tested only one EBL charger and it's not this one. They said it was a decent charger and fast, but that the fast charging would be hard on batteries.

Same here. I bought there rechargable battery. Extremely terrible quality. They cannot hold charge as they claim. Stay away from this brand
