Can these be used to stop your wife from rolling to your side of the bed?
Not to thread crap the OP (good price) but much better-off (and safer) purchasing a pair of HF RUBBER chocks w/ubiquitous coupon for $4.99 x 2. (con is it's heavier than plastic)
For use up to 26" in diameter so I'd say no...

Why are these specific to an RV? A wheel is a wheel no? If it can stop a trailer, why not a car?

Logically Yes. But here is what the product description has to say:

Camco's RV Wheel Chock is designed to keep your trailer in place so that you can re-hitch with confidence. It is constructed of durable hard plastic with UV inhibitors and is easy to use and effective. For use with tires up to 26" in diameter. Comes as a set of 2.

I feel like this title is a "chocks for dummies" sub head.

They have 2 piece metal ones for $7.99 before the coupon. I have the large rubber ones that are $7.99 each before the coupon. I much rather have the heavier rubber ones then plastic ones. They will have more grip.
