100-use Type 3 code (this is for existing customers only! Read about the code types in the post above): Q6XRGEQ3 (has 0 uses left as of 09/28 @ 11:30 A.M)
Best place to mine codes is reddit.
How to redeem codes:
For Type 1, you must redeem the code by September 30th on the insider website using an eligible number you plan to port in. From there, you have 14 days to open a Magenta or Magenta Plus account either in-store, via online/phone support, or online, and complete your port in of the number used for the code. You should receive a text confirming eligibility within 24 hours of the port being completed. The 20% discount will apply to ALL voice lines on the account (lines that go with phones) even ones you add in the future. Tablet and accessory lines will be regular price.
For Type 2 and 3, you must purchase an eligible 5G phone by September 30th. Once you have the phone in-hand, you must redeem the code online on the insider website by using the phone number and IMEI of the new device.
FYI: Was told by rep that Type 3 codes take 30-45 days to get the $200 after successful submission.

Porting in 4 lines from VzW. New TMO account.
Magenta plan. Should be $112 with 20% discount. (They have a 3rd line free).
I have $125 remaining on each of the lines at VzW.
Will TMO help pay it off and stack with Type 1 discount?
Then I want o buy 3 iPhone11 free with new acct new line port-in and trade-in (trading in iPhoneX). So iPhone11 should be free after monthly credits over 24 months.
There is $30 activation fee for each line with Type 1 discount.
Will all of the above stack/work in conjunction with each other?
Thanks a lot for your help.
I got a code, entered it into the T-Mobile Insider website and website then gave me a tracking ID. Costco has better prices on phones and doesn't charge the SIM activation fee....also I think they might even give you a $100 Costco gift card to switch.
Has anyone successfully gotten the 20% discount when activating at Costco?

What are you referring to?
Look up Keep & Switch promo. It stacks with 20% hookup.
No since this is the same promo period only one code per account.
Nope 1 code needed per account.
and Essentials is now $26/line instead of $25/line
That is true. I wonder if the Type 3 insider code provided here will still be available when I have the phone in hand and so I can provide that IMEI.
FYI - Just ported over from Verizon using a 20% code. The discount started to appear online within 2-3 days of completing the port.

He also told me a couple things:
1. Those three types of codes each account can only use one. For example, if you use type 1 for 20% off you cannot use the type 2 for $2000 off a phone. He said you can apply the type 2 code when you buy the phone but they will not give you $200 credit later. I really doubt this but he assure me this is true.
2. If I just open the account with one line port-in, there is no other promotions for me. But if I port in two lines, I can enjoy the "3rd line on us" promotion and also the "iPhone 11 on us" promotion. That is about trade in iPhone 8 and buy a iPhone 11 Pro, you will get $1000 back in billing credit. Can buy up to 4 phones per account. That's a huge discount for me. Since none of us want to change the existing phone number, I wonder if I could port out one line to other carriers. Then open another new line with port-in number to qualify for the promotion. After a couple month, call T-Mobile to port in that line with other carrier to replace the second new line. Probably it will not work if the billing credit is tied to the second new line number.
