70 grams, but only 32g of that is protien. 270 calories for 32g of protien isn't a good ratio. Great for bulking or on a budget. Skip for cutting. The fact they don't have an image of the nutritional info is odd.
This. 32 g out of 70g means you are paying for fillers mostly. Id recommend to shoot for at least 80% protein. Theres isolate deals here constantly for about $35/40 for a 5 lb that has 90% protein. This one ends up being more expensive and way inferior quality

Pretty good but I'm concerned about some reviews claiming is fake or Chinese copy cat?? Thats horrible but again that could be someone hating... I like to buy from Myprotein.com

Not to mention they've been fined since 2013 every single year for falsely labeling their products. Stating it has this much of "this" (various ingredients) when they do not.
Google it. I love the taste of this stuff but was surprised when my trainer told me to look into the company; he never recommended any specific product or brand so i knew he wasn't trying to get me to buy anything else just giving me a heads up

FWIW: They have every single one of their products third party tested by the NSF who does random sampling on every batch they make and you can even look up lot numbers on the NSF website. Literally the highest quality control of any supplement company in existence at this time. Most third party testing is a farce, but NSF testing isn't cheap at all and is why cytosports products are one of a select few companies professional athletes can use.

Yep just depends what you're using it for and most people don't look hard enough at labels as anyone using this for a protein booster should look elsewhere because this isn't what this product is intended for as it's a protein rich calorie booster. They make a good, highly tested, protein powder 100% whey that's pretty cheap per gram cost for protein and amazon even has it on sale from time to time.
You are getting 2c/gm of casein rich protein (correct me if I'm wrong), which is a tremendous value. And other bulking fillers kinda free. So if you're bulking, which most people do a lot, this should be amazing. And a tsp or two in tea or coffee tastes wonderful. So in for one.
