GAME PERIOD: The Game begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on September 24, 2020 and
ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on November 4, 2020 ("Game Period"). The Administrator's computer is the Game's official clock.

Make a Purchase: During the Game Period, an eligible consumer who purchases a Medium
or Large drink or a Large Freeze from a participating Taco Bell restaurant, while supplies last,
will receive one (1) Code upon completed purchase (printed on the Taco Bell cup). Not all
Taco Bell restaurants will participate in the Game.

Mail-In Code Request: From September 10, 2020 to October 21, 2020, an eligible
consumer must legibly hand write his/her full name (no initials), complete street
address (no P.O. Box), age, and valid e-mail address on a 3½" x 5" properly
stamped postcard and mail it to: Taco Bell® and Xbox Game Code Request, P.O.
Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325 to obtain a Code without making any
purchase. Requests sent in an envelope will not be accepted. Mail-in requests
must be postmarked by October 21, 2020 and received by October 28, 2020.
Administrator will send three (3) unique Codes by e-mail to the e-mail address
provided on the request.

Online Code Request: Between 12:00:00 AM PT on October 22, 2020 and
11:59:59 PM PT on November 4, 2020, an eligible consumer may use the
following Codes: SX7YR97XYV96, SX7V936NBPP9, SX7NLYZNHCZ6 (each an
"Online Code"). Each Online Code is non-unique and may be used up to one [1]
time per entrant per day between 12:00:00 AM PT on October 22, 2020 and

If you read the link I posted, you'll see Taco Bell hasn't updated the Series X rules, yet. "CHECK BACK ON SEPTEMBER 24TH
FOR MORE DETAILS"

If you read the link You posted, you'll see that is from last year.

also do people still think its positive ev to spend the money on a stamp to get the codes early? Are the odds enough better to justify the cost?

Not really cheaper. You could enter one time per day last year. Now its 3. 3 drinks is more than $5. Smart move for them though. Profit on 3 drinks vs $5 box.
