I don't know why... 299 is cheap lol
I'm thinking to buy a table top from IKEA or make one ... The fact that the actuator and the controls are included makes it a no brainer.

Costco has a fully motorized desk with 3 presets for $299. Seems to be a better price and better quality piece than this deal.

I've got an older Tresanti that I've had for - 5 years maybe? Not sure, but it's been great. I WFH and am an avid gamer, so I'm on it a lot, and I move it up and down a lot. Still rock solid. I'm 6'3", FYI.

$199 on sale, White, bought in-store, and you can't clamp onto the glass, that I could find. I use a monitor stand for a 27" iMac.

I have had the desk for 3 years. Bought it for $199 during Black Friday sale. It's possible to install a monitor arms, but not that straight forward. You need to make sure the size of the clamp fits. I start to feel the size is a bit too small for me. I now wish I had a larger desk.

most desks i find are way too small for my liking, i bought a dining room table and its still small, only 60in x 42, really need a 72 or 84in table for a dual monitor setup like i want. Because i refuse to have my tower on the floor lol

Yes the Tresanti. I bought it in store last week. They go out of stock often, especially given the current WFH and back to school timing. It's also available on costco.com for $349 including shipping. Available in white or black. Glass top, metal legs. Very sturdy and heavy. Feels office quality vs. a home office item. I don't know about monitor arms.

The built-in wireless charger is a nice perk.
