The part that screws into the broom head... it's plastic. Does anyone know if it is fiber reinforced? Otherwise, this is just going to fail sooner than later.

Got this last month and not a very good broom. The bristles are so far apart with gaps.

Its for rough surfaces, I use brooms like this to clean stucco before I prep it the rest of the way to paint. Gets the crevices pretty alright, although I've never used this brand, Just the bristle type.
