For example, if you met the minimum spend for the sign up bonus in the first month the card was opened, the statement closing date was probably October or November 2016. If you met the minimum spend in the 3rd month that the card was opened, then the bonus may have been awarded in January or even February - again, depends on the statement closing date. You can check your first few statements in that account to know for sure.

1. I plan to downgrade my CSP to Flex later today. How soon can I apply for new CSP after the downgrade to take advantage of 80K SUB? Lets say if I downgrade today , can I apply for CSP tomorrow? I am 48 months +++
2. Can I refer myself for CSP? Meaning use my existing link to sign up. Would I get the referral bonus still?

1. Supposedly, it takes 4 days in a downgrade for the Chase system to register than the downgrade. But add a buffer zone. The 80K CSP bonus offer expires Nov 8 so you have time.
2. Aaah, referring yourself. First generate the referral code now while you have the CSP. Let us know if get a bonus for yourself.

If I have a chase sapphire reserved with 100k points and I downgrade to another card and open a sapphire preferred can I transfer the original 100k points to the preferred card and combine the bonus points with previous points?
