Microsoft Store has Forza Motorsport 7 (Xbox One/PC Digital Download) on sale (Xbox Live Gold Required). This title is PlayAnywhere so you pay once and play on both Xbox and PC.
Forza 6 got delisted last year (free on Gold + all DLC worth $100 for $5) but sadly I missed that deal.
FH3 is getting delisted on Sep 27.
Very likely FM7 will get delisted in ~1yr with all DLC for cheap.
Just FYI for anyone who plans to buy the game but is ok with waiting.

Get a load of this guy. Nobody cares! Seeing as how they're about to make game #8, I don't think they're desperate to return to the form of an old game. If you want to use the same car for every race, go play Horizon. It'll let you.
FM7 has been criticized by every Forza fan, its a terrible game - graphics are worse than 6, online is a joke with rammers and hoppers, full of SUVs, dumbed down UI, terrible engine sounds, cars drive on ice. Just search on official forums. So yeah, plenty of people care. FM7 was made for kiddies who want to hop online and ram others, there's no passion or care in the game.

Whats the difference in the editions? Which is worth our money?
I own FH3/FH4 on pc, tried this full version with game pass, in short I wouldn't get this game. The menus system is a mess to view, you have to view 5 different screens to get to a single race, and the graphics and gameplay feel and look buggy still. I'm only saying this on the PC version, the PC version of FH4 is the best racing on PC I've played. I have all settings at max at 21:9.
From the comments, this game doesn't look worth buying. I have several add ons from buying Totinos Pizza Rolls 3 years ago that I didn't redeem because the game was too expensive. It it worth buying the base game if I already have the VIP add on and Hoonigan Car Park? Thanks in advance...

Its still a good game with a ton of cars. Esp if you haven't played any of the previous Forza's, you won't notice the missing things or changes. I'd say if you can spare the money and enjoy racing games, get it, esp since you have some addons.
If you want to wait, the game will drop further in price as we get closer.
You should get the FM7 trial and see if you like the game.

I agree. The comments here are harsh. I have had the Ultimate Edition since launch, it was a rough start but there were updates pretty much every month for like 2 years and it has improved a lot. Rammers aren't really a big thing anymore because only the hardcore fans remain for the most part. Besides, they finally ghosted backmarkers so you don't really have to worry about it anymore past the first lap. They also added lobbies with a penalty system for even more serious racing.
I don't play nearly as much as I used to but it seems the player base is getting smaller everyday. When I do hop on it's usually under 10 players in a lobby.
Great game. I would recommend the VIP pass, as it makes it much easier to get more $ to get more cars. I am typically a sim racer, but this one is definitely fun.

I used to play a lot of fm6. When i switched to fm7, it felt off at first. The graphics seemed to be worse and the handling was off. But i got used to it after a couple of weeks, and now after 6 months I think it can hold it's own against fm6 ( which I thought was pretty good)
There are a couple of things you should know: fm7 has more of an arcade atmosphere(not the driving) than fm6; the narrator talks about cups and accomplishments and I could do without those. Fm7 is a hardwarewise demanding game; Xb1s doesn't give you the full experience, especially on a 4k TV. You need a X1x for that. This game really can use an SSD and more RAM(otherwise there is quite a lot of freezing in menus. The races run fine anyway) so I expect it to run much smoother on the next gen Xbox (though you can also open up your current gen console and add an ssd with a bit of patience)
Forza sucks! Arcade racer with crappy driving. Boring after a couple races since it's the same every race. They try to spice it up with visuals but super boring. Older Gran Turismo are way more fun

Still this is a good price for this game if you like racing. I hope 8 goes back to 4s roots.
