So I actually had the promotion on my card. I added and I actually made purchase. I looked 1 week after my purchase and the promotion disappeared off of my card and was no where to be found. Luckily the watch has a 14 day return policy. It "just disappeared" right after I made the purchase.

I think once you've "used" the offer, the promo disappears.

Keep an eye on your online statement, you may still get the promo but later have it reversed b/c of the return.

Well it normally would appear in the "redeemed" section, but did not....

UPDATE*** So I called their CS. After speaking with them they created a "ticket" in their system. They actually ended crediting me the $500 for my purchase. So all is well with it. Grateful they held up their end of the promo.

thanks for updating, i'm debating about using this and unsure if there are any deals from Tourneau. did you have any good deals, it seems everything is MSRP.

Glad to hear that!

I called CS the other day and asked if the purchase can be made online. Durning our convo, the supervisor said she notated on the account that I will be given the $500 manually if it didn't appear automatically.
