no. it's fine. I don't need to wear an iphone on my wrist.
A Seiko automatic with see-through caseback for 80 is pretty darn good.
I bought one of these from Jomashop a few weeks back (same price, free shipping...although I think the shipping deal is dead now): https://www.jomashop.com/seiko-wa...809k1.html

I have a 42mm Hamilton Khaki, but I wanted a cheap, accurate automatic to mod and beat the hell out of with daily use. I will say, if you're used to 40mm-42mm watches, this feels very small when you first make the switch. After a day or two I grew to really love it. I added a new strap, swapped the second hand, and changed the crystal to a green AR sapphire. The ONLY con in my book is that it's tiny. It's a great automatic for the price, and definitely a good watch to buy if you're looking to start modding - if/when you break something, it's cheaper than learning on a $300 SKX.

Can I ask you to clarify why this is an issue? Is it because as an accessory it's not to scale with a large person? Smaller face and thus harder to read?

I'm just curious. I'm a large man that has a around ten watches and I have never thought about the size on any of them when purchasing but I see it mentioned here a bit.

Just personal preference. With 8inch wrist I think 36mm would be small. Really like the style though, might get the green one eventually

It's largely a fashion thing. Men's watches were even smaller in the 1960s; 34mm was common. There's been a style trend in recent decades towards larger and larger watches. Now you see men's watches with 46, 48 even 50mm cases.

That being said, there's does seem to be a general correlation between wrist size and watch size. I have very small wrists and can't pull off even a 42mm. Someone with 8 1/2" wrists, on the other hand, will likely find these SNKs disproportionately small.

There are other sizing considerations, such as lug to lug distance and watch type. But in the end it's a matter of personal taste, as SucraL has already pointed out.

Can someone who has made a purchase from this site comment? I've never heard of them.
