Probably cheapskates looking for a $100 chair or people thinking for another hundred you can get a used HM.

Sure, and that was my plan, but all the ones near me have been $450+ for over 6 months, unless they are damaged. I went with this over a month ago and am pretty happy. I heard some reviews that if you have a wider bottom the seat can be a bit narrow, but it hasn't bothered me.

I have had both Aeron Size B and just bought this 9000 with mesh back.
For reference, i am 6'1", 195lbs, medium build with long legs and a shorter upper body.
The aeron size B can get uncomfortable for people with long legs as i found it to be a shorter seat.
the 9000 has adjustable bottom (meaning it can slide forward and backward). i slide it all the way forward for my long legs to rest.
my posture is very well supported (the back is height adjustable to get the perfect back support) however i would not call this an all day chair but its very very good for comfort. my bottom tires out after 3 hrs or so continously in it which never happened in the aeron or the serta executive chair i had but overall it has a great posture which i prefer.
the arm rests are weird with a slight incline on the gel pad and a round elbow rest. really minor annoyances but overall i dont think anything else comes close to this for this price (specially in these times)

Lenovo return policy states they offer free return shipping and no restocking on all orders returned in 30 days. Does anyone know if that actually applies to chairs?

I'm in the middle of returning another chair, hard to show room anything right now...
I bought this chair with the headrest less than a month ago and I absolutely love it. Then again I was sitting in a plastic chair for 7 years

what's with the downvote? This was Front Page 2 months ago...
The same chair was as little as $180 a little further back. So, some people still remember that this chair goes for less at times.

Best product on bad website.
I bought this from officedepot website couple of months back. Have been so far the best ergonomic chair for me.

I have the Workpro 9000, bought it earlier this year, have been using it to work from home for about 6 months now. The front edge of seat bottom has a good 3-4" of padding (from front of the seat towards the back) that's probably 1-2" thick (top to bottom) under the mesh. The hard part of the seat frame is really to the front of the seat, rather than the top. It drops off pretty nicely. I tend to sit further back in the seat most of the time, but I have never been bothered by the hard part of the front of the seat frame.
Good info for me. Thanks! Applause

Bought from Lenovo for $190 in March. Great chair and very comfortable. Mine doesn't have the headrest, but I'm thinking about upgrading.

I bought one half a month ago from Office Depot for 330. Love the chair, on par to the Aeron imho. One complaint is that the back of the chair automatically slides down when leaned on.

Sold my Aeron I got on craigslist for $150 more than I bought it for off of craigslist a couple years ago and bought a costco chair for $100. Much better, aeron is overpriced and not that comfortable.

It showed sold out when added to cart first. However with multiple tries I was able to place an order of headrest chair.

Hmm... I bet the masses would disagree on this one.
