For reference, i am 6'1", 195lbs, medium build with long legs and a shorter upper body.
The aeron size B can get uncomfortable for people with long legs as i found it to be a shorter seat.
the 9000 has adjustable bottom (meaning it can slide forward and backward). i slide it all the way forward for my long legs to rest.
my posture is very well supported (the back is height adjustable to get the perfect back support) however i would not call this an all day chair but its very very good for comfort. my bottom tires out after 3 hrs or so continously in it which never happened in the aeron or the serta executive chair i had but overall it has a great posture which i prefer.
the arm rests are weird with a slight incline on the gel pad and a round elbow rest. really minor annoyances but overall i dont think anything else comes close to this for this price (specially in these times)

Sounds about right. I'd be surprised if they actually did something right.
1 hour 35 min waiting for CS to ask for a final update otherwise I was going to cancel. End result is they can't take my call at this time and hung up.
Reordered Monday without the headrest for ~$277. Shipped this morning. 🤨
And still no update on the cancelled order. Still showing original order date and original ship date 🙃

So, uh, ordered back in October, got same delayed email as everyone else, then the "item discontinued" email which I didn't reply to so the chair order should have been automatically cancelled. Bought one without the headrest and got it in 2 days :/
I actually cancelled the original order as well to make sure. I checked and the order is gone from Lenovo. Great.
Today, I get an "Item has shipped" email and low and behold, the original chair has showed up about an hour later.
The cancelled chair.
The discontinued chair.
No charges on my CC.

This company is criminal
I went ahead and responded to keep the order, we'll see if the chair ever shows. It's so bad that they are sending chairs to people who wanted to cancel. Such a huge PIA.
Please keep us posted on how your return plays out. I've had the exact same progression play, just a week and a half behind you. Just got the shipped email today with no charge currently on my credit card. If you're unsuccessful or if it ends up being a ton of work for you to return, I may just request a charge back on my credit card.
