I called six times, six different associates. Declined each time. I have two lines, All-In-One plan with insider hookup. One gal said the deal I had was way cheaper and better than the more expensive newer plans. That's the reason for being declined. They did offer to charge me for another line. That was precious of them.

I'd suggest to others to carefully check the eligible SOCs before jumping on board.. Manual service credits from CC never work out well long-term, even if they screwed up in their commitments.
