*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

Will this work if someone has the third line on us with a magenta plan. For example I have 2 paid lines and 1 free line, so could I use this offer to get a 2nd free line? That would be 4 lines total, 2 paid, 2 free.

For sure. Many people have 2+2 Magenta and will be grabbing a 5th line for free tomorrow

can you add a line without customer service help? add line via website given that you have a qualifying plan?
Yes. If you have CS add it, sometime they try to tack on an assisted account fee (one time for around $25 I think) sometimes they waive it with a credit sometimes they don't.

I chatted with one rep before and she asked if I wanted to do it myself to avoid the fee. Another time I forgot about the fee and the rep didn't remind me...

Does anyone know if a Digits line counts towards the number of lines?

Is this going to exclude all the discount plans again? Or will we be lied to and say we qualify but find out 1 or 2 months later than we actually didn't qualify.

Ouch another free line promo I'm ineligible for, what is it about my plan they don't like? 2 Lines TMO ONE All In Promo, SoC FRLTUL2LP. It's not on the list, anyone by chance have success with plan codes not in the list? Is it the taxes included they aren't offering anymore or what?

The military plan doesn't qualify for the free line, tried that during the last promo, they said everything looks good but I still got charged $20.

Tforce could change to 9-12 lines. Make sure everything must be intact still, tell them that.
9-12 or 1-8, prices come out the same per line.

Been there done that

Is this available for Sprint users too? Specially the $15/- unlimited kickstart plan users? I have 2 lines and I pay about $42 inclusive of taxes, does this I can add another line for free and only pay taxes?
Highly Unlikely! Since your 2 lines Sprint plan is cheaper than even the lowest of T-Mobiles 2 line plan ( unlimited 55+) for $70 and they don't get any free lines or perks at all. Unless you NEED more lines Your much better off staying where your at and being greatfull that your 2 lines are grandfathered in and cost under $50 total.

The free line promotion hasn't started yet.

Did the rep you spoke to look up future promotions?
