*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

This free line promo looks different than before:

Add a voice line for free to an eligible plan with two or more existing lines.
Subject to change. Free new line for accounts with 2 to 11 voice lines; plus taxes & fees for accounts currently paying for a T-Mobile wireless line with additional taxes & fees. Qualifying credit and Magenta, Essentials, ONE, Business Unlimited, or Simple Choice plan required. Credits may take up to 2 bill cycles; credits will stop if you cancel any lines. Limit 1 offer per account.

Looks like we are charged for the additional line, then issued a credit each month (like an EIP). The problem is that highlighted line -- if you cancel ANY lines, then the credits will stop? My other free Tmobile lines were not like this at all. I may not sign up for this because of this restriction (unable to cancel any lines)
This is not new at all. The July deal was a credit. The 2 years ago one was credit and when I accidently canceled another line, I stopped receiving credit for the free one.

yikes this is really bad lol, where do you see it?
My plan was to add this line and a year from now move 2 paid lines into the 2 free lines. But if what's here is true, I won't be able to?

Does anyone have a screenshot of whats supposed to be showing on the Discounts page? I also did the promo in June or July and I got the text message saying the discount will be applied for however long the line is active, but its been 3 months and the discount never showed. Last week I called them, they said they'll refund me the charges for the 3 months and make sure a different promo gets applied so I have a free line.

Also what'll be the best way to make sure the proper discount gets applied without having to call them again and again?

I'm pretty sure the previous ones were not in perpetuity but just if you canceled within 1 year. This would block us from getting a phone deal that requires adding a line and canceling that line in 3 months

I already posted on here that credits will stop if you cancel any lines. I have an iPhone XR linked to a line that I will cancel as soon as it's paid for so I rather not get the free line for now.

What if you cancel lines that were added AFTER you added the free lines?

Offer ID: PR213061/BGS32 and discount code is 20Q32#. I'm the OP who first posted it last night on reddit but I don't think people see it.) Posting it here to help people when calling in.

I added my free line this early AM and verified and my account shows this: "$20 2020 Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)."

I also got the free iphone 11 Pro Max on us w/ port in and trade in too!

If it says ANY line, I'm assuming it doesn't matter. If you plan on getting this deal, don't cancel ANY lines.

Yeah I feel extremely lucky looking at some of the posts here. I read that some people were able to ask T-Mobile help on twitter to get their soc changed so they would qualify and it seemed to work. I may give it a try this time so that my plan qualifies. Sucks that my plan is 10SCFM4 and the one that qualifies is 10SCFM4L. Good luck!

It comes with data. They say voice lines to try and differentiate voice and data lines.data lines being a smartwatch or tablet if I'm not mistaken
