How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

I wanted to get the iPhone 11 Pro, but they had zero in stock. I asked the rep if there is any stock at my local stores. She said that their inventory system is connected, and there is no stock at my local stores as well. I guess $100 for a Pro Max is not so bad after all. They gave me $207 instant trade-in credit, and the rest ($793) will be issued as bill credits over 24 months. She also waived the sim card fee and activation fee. From anyone thinking of doing this with the free iphone deal, to be very careful and make sure your plan qualifies for the free iphone. Most likely the list of plans for the free iphone is not the same as the list of plans for the free line. most likely it will be a much smaller list of plans.
