*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

I called T-Mobile and got a free line and a iPhone 11 Pro Max (Midnight Green) for $100 by porting in a Google Voice number and trading in an iPhone Xr. Before calling, I unlocked the Google Voice number ($3 charged by Goolgle). I have the Simple Choice North America 6GB Family Match plan (SOC: 6FM2LN) plus the $40 Friends & Fam 2 Lines On Us. Basically, 2 paid lines + 2 free lines. The new line will make it 2 paid lines + 3 free lines on my plan.

I wanted to get the iPhone 11 Pro, but they had zero in stock. I asked the rep if there is any stock at my local stores. She said that their inventory system is connected, and there is no stock at my local stores as well. I guess $100 for a Pro Max is not so bad after all. They gave me $207 instant trade-in credit, and the rest ($793) will be issued as bill credits over 24 months. She also waived the sim card fee and activation fee. It adds $12.80/month to my bill for 24 months (subtract the $207 instant trade-in credit, and the total boils down to $100).

The phone is not tied to that number right? you can use any excisting line for it?

Anyone know if you can get a free line if you just got one in July? I have 4 + 1 free but would like one more.

I weent through roughly the same steps as you other than having a T-Mobile One account and a Tracfone line to port in. Expected to go for an iPhone 11 Pro, none in stock and got the iPhone 11 Pro Max in Green for the $100 after the discounts (plus the full tax).

I called in about 8:30am CST and got connected almost right away to a CSR. I got the free line and free phone (Samsung Galaxy A11). I paid $30 activation fee + taxes (about $12). The phone will be credited every month.

Btw, the CSR I talked to was someone overseas.
Has anyone else had success getting a free phone, on top of the free line?

Assuming you have a qualifying rate plan, which the process has been listed clearly on the first post for you to check, you can get an additional line.

All the phone promos that need add a line are eligible. I got the SE 50% off on the July free line.

To my knowledge, T-Mobile never ties a phone to a phone number. When I bought my Xr from Costco about 10 months ago, I opened a new account with 3 lines (technically, a family member opened the account as T-Mobile does not allow multiple accounts for a person). I instantly removed the sim from the Xr and inserted my old sim card. I have no problems whatsoever.

Called 611 - rep said no go.

I'm on tmobile one plan with 9 lines.

Will hit up t-force and tmobile app messaging to see if they can. Worth a try I mean its a free line.
9 lines = 9 voice lines ? What was the reason given ? If u have 8 voice lines, adding the current free will push for a plan change.

Did you have your rep check absolutely for sure that you qualify for the free iphone on us? I have SC North America NAUTTF, and last time rep did the same thing and got me free line and iphone but I don't think she checked to see if i qualify for free iphone (just the free line). Perhaps she assumed i would because i qualify for free line. i ended up having to return the iphone 11. if i were you, i would call back and have someone double check.

From anyone thinking of doing this with the free iphone deal, to be very careful and make sure your plan qualifies for the free iphone. Most likely the list of plans for the free iphone is not the same as the list of plans for the free line. most likely it will be a much smaller list of plans.
