*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

I've been getting kickback on 2 free lines for the past 2+ years...so it can happen. So yeah, my total bill is $20 lower per month for 2 lines that use less than 2gb.
Doubtful.

So costco has iPhone on Us promo going on now which can be combined with this free line? If yes, where can i find the details of eligible trade in etc?
I think this one is still active but you should check in the Kiosk to be absolutely certain: https://slickdeals.net/f/14321618-t-mobile-at-costco-warehouse-get-iphone-11-11-pro-11-pro-max-via-rebate-up-to-550-trade-in-new-upgrade?v=1&src=SiteSearch

It looks like TIULFM9 - Please let me know if you find out that this new plan doesn't keep all of the benefits of our old plan.

FRLTUL2LP....2 Lines TMO ONE All In Promo with 3 lines already....no love..but cant really complain for 3 lines $80 no tax..ok i can complain bc not one promo has worked in 3 years....would consider switching to military plan after port out to another carrier then back in to get something......but those aren't eligible for promos either but include netflix for $10 more..

Not accusing you of lying but I think you're maybe misreading your bill. The credit is probably for something else.

With the last free line deal in July, there were countless people who got Kickback on the free line but it didn't do anything.

Maybe your account is special or has a glitch but if you're really getting $20 Kickback from your free lines, congrats.

Amplified Plan is not eligible this time, because it's considered a discount plan.
Just got off the phone with T-mobile, figure this would save someone a call

I called T-Mobile and got a free line and a iPhone 11 Pro Max (Midnight Green) for $100 by porting in a Google Voice number and trading in an iPhone Xr. Before calling, I unlocked the Google Voice number ($3 charged by Google). I have the Simple Choice North America 6GB Family Match plan (SOC: 6SCFM2LN) plus the $40 Friends & Fam 2 Lines On Us. Basically, 2 paid lines + 2 free lines. The new line will make it 2 paid lines + 3 free lines on my plan.

I wanted to get the iPhone 11 Pro, but they had zero in stock. I asked the rep if there is any stock at my local stores. She said that their inventory system is connected, and there is no stock at my local stores as well. I guess $100 for a Pro Max is not so bad after all. They gave me $207 instant trade-in credit, and the rest ($793) will be issued as bill credits over 24 months. She also waived the sim card fee and activation fee. I paid sales tax on $1,100 (full price of the Max Pro) upfront. It adds $12.80/month to my bill for 24 months (subtract the $207 instant trade-in credit, and the total boils down to $100).
I did the same thru chat. All the pro and color sold out. I grabbed the 11 Pro Max Midnight green. Did they port your number? I pay $3 to unlock google, end up not need it yet. Agent say port start after 2 cycles and port in after getting the phone. Have to mail out the old phone, not instant like instore.

How are people combining the free line on us with the iPhone 11 promo? I'm trying to read back but it gets confusing with so many posts. Also, we used to have the 2.5 GB , $100 for 4 lines a long long time ago. T-Mobile has since made that 4GB permanently. Is that plan includes in this promotion? Any help will be appreciated

I spent about 5 hours on the phone with T-Mobile and with a store rep, and I've got to say that don't bother with them, but rather message them via Twitter or Facebook. Their customer service over social media is so much better and they actually make everything work.

Here's what I did:
  • Got a Type 1 "20% off" referral, and signed up at insider.t-mobile.com
  • Went to a T-Mobile store and transferred over 3 phone lines, with 3 phone trade-ins for a free iPhone 11 Pro. The store said they can't add a 4th line for free, but rather is a buy-1-get-1-free, so I'd have to get 5 lines at a cost of 3 lines. We both called T-Mobile, and the support agent also agreed with the store representative. I paid about $100/phone for the taxes and $30/line SIM+support fee.
  • After I got home, after several hours on the phone with no progress, I messaged T-Mobile via Twitter, and they confirmed it's just "add a line", not a BOGO. So they added a line for me for free, and they will ship me an iPhone 11 Pro Max for $100 (the Pro was out of stock). I paid about $80 for the taxes; they waived the $30 SIM+support fee.

When checking my T-Mobile account, I see the following discounts now:
  • $10 AutoPay Discount
  • $24 New TMO Insider Voice 20%
  • $20 2020 3rd Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)
  • $10 AutoPay Discount (Additional Lines)
  • $20 2020 Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)

Making 4 lines cost $96/mo.

And under each phone, I see:
  • 2020 Apple Switch Trade P5

Making the 4 phones all free.

So everything worked out, but only after I messaged T-Mobile via twitter.

I just managed to find my plan FZLTUL2LP - its not on the list on page 1, but phoned just to try and was told I dont qualify Frown
I have that same plan. When I signed up I was told it was eligible for all promo's and I could have at least 4 lines. Every time I have checked, I can only have 3 lines and no promo's. Are any business plans eligible for these free lines?

Hi if someone can help me id appreciate it. Im on tmobile one , I called in today to add a line but they said that the promo for that ended. The promo today is only for porting in a line then you get one free. They also offered a free phone (like the samsung a11) for adding a line. TIA
