How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

I just went to T-mobile store and added a new line. I paid $39 for SIM card and activation fee.
$4 tax will be added to my monthly bill but i got my free line for life!
I'm using a grandfathered Simple Choice Unlimited + 5GB hotspot plan.
I have added a free voice line that was offered in July and this was successfully added without any problem.

How is everyone using the extra lines? I have 4 now and they're just sitting for some day I may have use. Until then I use them for Tmobile Tuesdays
I wonder if there's a way (not as a Hotspot) to integrate these sim cards in to home network and discontinue cable internet.
Let me know if any one has any ideas
UPDATE: Took about 20 min but they were able to add the 'standard' 4GB data. All is well.
Now just hoping the iPhone 11 Pro promo goes through ok (but need to wait up to 2 months for it to appear)....

I placed my order this morning 8 hours ago. There's no indication anywhere online that my line has been added or is going to be free. An hour ago I got shipping notice for the sim card and 30 minutes ago I received a text stating "Congrats! You will receive your promotional service discount from T-Mobile as long as you maintain eligibility. " So I'm pretty sure all is well. Again, and this was the same for folks in June/July in the last free line offer, you just need to add the line however you want (online yourself, calling in, T-Force) and it'll be free if you qualify. It's an educated guess but the T-Mobile employee adding the line for you isn't entering any special codes either ... they just make sure your account qualifies by reading whatever docs they have and add the line like you would.

Or can I open anther account to store this 5th line? I just tried to make something from this $250 deal.
I created 7 lines with T-mobile, The first Three from Costco yesterday deal 9/17, that gave me free line and costco rebate as well, today I did another 4 lines at store and that gives me $250 per line. now let's do the math.
