How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

An agent on t-force said he has ordered the phone and the line would be added after the phone ships. Do you all know if the line should be added immediately and port in done today itself?

I had the FRLTULF2 Tmobile One plan and was told that I could not add a free line as it would be the 9th line on my account unless I switched to the new magenta plan. Anyone else have success in this like @Pasta Primavera? If so, what grandfathered plan did they switch you to? Thanks!

They should be able to add the free line and phone on that line at same time. Port in depends on if you have all the info. Best to do everything on same day as if not and promo is over then could be more hassle to get the promos to stick. It all depends on the rep and getting a competent one that understands what's going on.

I got my free line earlier today (not from Costco... missed that), but I was able to get a Samsung A11 for free over 24 months. They offer several low end phone for free, but porting required. I ported from Visible deal few days ago.

5 paid 3 free lines!

Got done w/ trying to set this up w/ T-force. I think they royally farked up my plan.

I have 2 paid lines. 1 free from July. The free one had the BOGO samsung S20. I tried to get the 4th free line on this promo along w/ the A11 from samsung for free with port in. So I paid the tax on the A11. Just logged into my account and it says that my Free Line from July got a new phone added to it which i believe if so cancels my EIP for my Samsung S20 so That is going to be needed to pay off in full next month. and the 4th line that I was supposed to get today is not on there still showing the 3 lines.

Got it, for some reason my rep is telling the line would be added once device ships and I have a message from him stating that. Should I proceed with that confirmation that he has given?

Is it a overseas rep? I was told by my rep several hours back that the line needs to be added with the device to tie it. Porting is recommended to be done at same time as long as you are ok with not being able to use that number while in process. You can port it later but if promo ends then it's more headache to get someone to properly add the codes that knows what they are doing. Obviously that rep also needs to notate that but there should be a way to be able to add that line now. If on grandfathered plan there is another program which is a longer process in which they add the line. The line is added first then device upgraded for trade in then port in of number. This is the process they used for me.

Hi guys. I just added a free line today via 611. It was quick and easy. When I go to my account, it shows up as "2020 Line on Us 2 (Additional Lines)". However when I go Account History and the transaction shows up as "New Line xxx-xxx-xxxx was added to your account on 09/18/2020 at xx:xx PM. This line is the DIGITS Talk & Text TE plan for $10.0 per month plus taxes and fees". Now I am confused.

Edited: Mystery solved. Called 611 and rep said since I used my spare sim card, they have to create a DIGITS line for sim activation purposes. That DIGITS line actually fell off after activation.

It's not overseas rep but what he said was since I have 2 accounts it's not letting him add the line so he has to involve the activations team to add the line. The order email that I have received for the phone doesn't state about any of the promo. I still have to accept the esign for the phone to be shipped but wondering if rep has done everything correctly or not
