*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

Yep i went through that exact dilemma back in July.. left Samsung for first time. One thing about this OP8.. its fast as hell and warp charge is ultra quick.
Overall, how to you like the OP8? Any regrets?

I thought Kickbacks are long gone!

Anyone figure out how to move a current number over to a free line? I want to move 2 numbers over to the free lines then just put sims in drawer so they collect kickback credits. Any way to do this?

Really would hate to have to use new numbers ugh

They are long gone as in you can't get them on the new plans. I'm on a t-mobile one plan that still has kickbacks.

Is the only way to do this via chat/call/etc that costs a $20 ASC? Would like to avoid that, but I'm also a new account not yet activated so I can't go into my account online yet.
I did it over chat and started with "I'd like to avoid the assisted fee so can you tell me how to do it myself" and the rep said she'll waive the fee as a courtesy but still charged me $10 for the sim even though the phone I bought at the same time came with a sim. She didn't offer to waive faster shipping so I just went frugal and got the free delivery route. But if you get a good rep they can waive all three of those fees. Good luck

This isn't hot — this is smoking. Another free line, $5 ATT number from eBay ported in, and $250 GC, all completed through their iMessage business chat while eating a breakfast burrito and sipping coffee at the kitchen table. Man, I am *so* thankful I jumped ship to T-Mobile last year.

How can I find the SOC code on Sprint page? When I go to XHR, it doesn't show anything.

I chatted with an agent but they said it's not eligble for all accounts.

You can do it online chat or call/text 611. Just mention you want to do the free line promo. You'll have to pay for a SIM or use an existing unused SIM. They'll also charge you a $20 activation fee but you can ask to waive that.

There's "no" easy way around avoiding the $10 SIM fee (and for me, that's fine) but I also manage to get the $20 fee waived without even really trying. A tip for OP and others: when it's brought up, say you came from the store because they said you could save the $20 ASC "by doing it online" and you "assumed the chat was considered online." At that point, they are almost certainly going to offer to waive it and complete the new account.

I'm on TMo ONE as well, receiving kickback; but iirc, you can't add kickback to new lines.

Sorry in advance for asking questions that may have been answered already.

I have an eligible rate plan code - Simple Choice 6 lines + 2, one of which is a free line.
I have a few google voice numbers, one Simple Mobile number that I can port.

What can I get?

Btw, I am interested in getting a Note 20 5G + S20 5G
Anyone?

Can someone help me on how can I get,
1. 2020BYOD1 $250 promo with an extra $100 at Costco?
2. Can I port my google voice line for this offer? If yes, what carrier should I choose?
3. Do I have to have a phone for this new line/offer or I can just get the sim for future use?

I have Magenta Plan with 9 lines (6 paid + 3 free).

You can't combine the $100 costco offer with the $250 byod offer as per reddit.

How long did it take for that promo to show up on your account? I added the like almost 3 hours ago and while the line is added and activated, I don't see the promo listed yet. Thanks.
I would say 24 hours give or take. But your experience may vary.

A little confused by the wording. Can I do it online through my account page Add a Line option? (not through online chat)
