*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

Thanks. Do not see this anywhere on their site. I will ask t force if i qualify.

It's only 2 lines for new customers (as you need 2 lines to have 2 phones) for current customers it's just one new line. Which can be this free line.

2020 Samsung Buy 2 Promo 5
Promo Code: T287
Start Date: June 5, 2020

Purchase two new Galaxy Z Fold2 5G, Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Samsung Galaxy Note20 5G, Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G, Galaxy S20 5G, Galaxy S20+ 5G, Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 5G, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy Note10, Galaxy Note10+, Galaxy Note10+ 5G on T-Mobile's Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) and activate two new lines of service (1 new line for existing customers) to get up to $1,000 back via monthly bill credits over 24 months.

Looks like they're gonna run with this same promo for awhile longer. It started in June with just s10/20 Note 10. . .then added Note 20 when it came out. Now they've added Fold2 and Flip. . .

I added the "Free Line" online as per the Tmobile rep instructions yesterday evening since my account is somehow locked from incompetent rep making unauthorized changes from the grandfathered Tmobile One plan.

Under account - plan details it's showing:

$20 2020 Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)

IMO, if you're on the grandfather Tmobile One plan, don't let the rep mess with it. Just go online and add the line and it should qualify for the promo. Also got the $10 sim card fee credited to the account. No BS $20 assistance fee via online.

So total is $144 with $5 Netflix Premium upcharge. Kickback on 7 lines.

Again, don't let them mess with your grandfather plan or you'll be spending a few hours trying to fix their screw ups.
Added mine yesterday with port in. Everything works but it still doesn't show up on my account as being free. Just have to wait it out. Got free line in July, and showed up as free that bill, but Aug bill the free part was gone. Tforce took care of it with credit, and was planning on following up so it shows as free this month. Of course I just made it more confusing for them by adding this latest free line..

With 3 free lines total, I need to find a couple extra cheapo phones to use. They come in handy for radio and text contests. 😁 Maybe I can find a deal on an iPhone 8 for future trade in promo when one comes up with iPhone 11 or 12.

Same here -- I have a grandfathered SC plan and have added 2 free data lines in 2016, one free voice line in 2017, and another this past July. Never had a problem with bill credits for any of them.

I'd suggest to others to carefully check the eligible SOCs before jumping on board.. Manual service credits from CC never work out well long-term, even if they screwed up in their commitments.
Those you (like me) on Simple Choice plans ... I assume you are still getting charged taxes, roughly $3.xx on all your free lines?

My free line credits went up when I was switched to a 9-line plan. Between that and the additional Hookup on the free line, I'm saving an additional $31/month.
Did you add the 9th line in store? Online iPhone 11 Pro is out of stock but my store has it but I think if they add the line it will automatically change my plan to Magenta — and I may end up losing all my grandfathered features.

I am on FRLTULF2 - online iPhone 11 Pro are out of stock so I can't stack. I am already on 8 voice lines - should I ask TForce to switch me to a plan that can do the 9-12 voice lines and then go to the store? Not sure how to best handle this situation. I feel like if I go to the store - the system may automatically upgrade me to Magenta

No, I did it via T-Force.

In July I took advantage of the iPhone 11 on Us offer several days after adding the free line. It didn't need to be done same day. You should be able to make the switch with T-Force then go to the store for the iPhone offer.

I can just have T-Force make the plan switch right now? Then do add a line plus iPhone 11 Pro in store? Or should I have T-Force add the line for me and then do iPhone 11 offer in store - though i think that may not work for the iPhone 11 promotion requirement with new line of service already being met if T-Force adds the line

For the prior promo (and I assume this one as well), adding the line and buying the phone do not need to be accomplished at the same time/during the same transaction. They only have to be completed during the promotional window (for the iPhone offer) within a set time to each other (I think within 14 days, but don't quote me on that).

I'd add the line with T-Force (because the store can't keep you on One), then once that's squared away, go to the store to sign up for the EIP on the iPhone. You can port (required for the promo) either in store or via T-Force (Id suggest T-Force). The system should see that it's all completed during the promotional window and credit you without a problem.

Confirm with T-Force while adding the line.

I'm pasting this here if it helps someone - found this on the web.

So I'm on the Plan SOC FRLTULF2 with 8 lines. If I need to add 9th then I need to move to the Plan SOC TIULFM9
