This is an awesome case for standard ATX builds. What I like best about it is that I can fit a 360 cpu cooler with 3 x 120mm fans in the front intake panel. Simply clean design with a lot of room to work from. Highly recommend for any build.

Anyone have a recommendation for a case that has at least one 5.25" bay for a DVD or Blue Ray drive or something else?

I ended up with a Corsair 110R for this same reason. It's a downsize from my huge former case, but not terribly hard to build in.

Another family member has a Phanteks case that also has a DVD slot.

Fractal Design R6 also had the option, IIRC, but I couldn't stomach paying north of $150 just for a case for my build. Nice case, painful price.

I see someone else on another thread recommends the Cosair 200R and it's $64.99 on AMZ. Any opinions?

You could google a bit and compare.

The 200R is a much older model. The 110R has tempered glass and dust filters, and can accomodate a slightly longer video card (330mm vs 300mm).

Cable management, size, PS shroud, etc.. there's bound to be more differences.

It's just going to come down to what's important to you.

Anyone who recommends a front paneled PC case that is solid or with side intakes for the fans really are leading you in the wrong path. If you want a case that is going to breathe it needs a front partial or full mesh cover. So this one, at least you might be able to get away with installing the 360 AIO up on top and pull a little bit of air from the front side-ish panels. as well as the bottom.

Check out the "Phanteks Pro M Tempered Glass" case. $100 on Amazon right now. I just built a case with this. Looks great, has really good cable management, has a 5.25 bay, and can fit really large air coolers (or water coolers).

Looks like the allowed cpu cooler height is only 150mm? Won't fit a noctua D15 (165mm) then?

$40 more for the icue 220t with a fan RGB control node and three sp120mm RGB pro fans from Corsair...highly recommend. Although you can't top mount a AIO which was disappointing but it's a more compact ATX case. Highly recommend!

Looks like the Specs from the Corsair website says that the max CPU Cooler height is 160mm. Thought that still doesn't help you if yours is 165mm.

Nice looking case, which I almost ordered last week. Ended up going with a Silverstone with a full mesh front. I do feel like this price was the same last week though?
