This is regular price for the Home Depot/Husky version. Looks identical to me. Harbor Freight also have a 46" Yukon toolbox for $359 but you lose the power strip and soft close drawers that come with the Husky/Kobalt boxes.

I was researching these last year, they are both about the same (Husky) from a configuration perspective. HD might hit $298 at a best sale price coming up.

Usually my first move is to compare product weight. Very often the big retailers will have 10-30% less weight than the HF version, meaning "something" is missing - probably steel. In this case the Kobalt is only 7lbs lighter, which makes it pretty comparable.
The Husky is 15lbs lighter. I assume that come out of something I care about.
I can't see that the Husky nor the Kobalt claim to have 200lbs drawers, while the Yukon does (for 2 drawers, I assume with doubled slides).
Altogether on paper the Yukon seems to have a slight edge, and HF very occasionally runs sales that make the price even better.

I did the same weight comparisons as well. I really like the 46" width. Wish HF's US General boxes came in a 46" width instead of their current 27/42/56/73" options. USG boxes are 22" deep compared to the 18" of these entry-level boxes.

Did the same comparison when they all went on sale last year. I didn't think to compare overall weight, but the Yukon without soft close felt cheaper than the other 2. Ended up getting the Husky because I got an extra $50 off the display model. For what it's worth, the bottom drawers on the Husky are double slides like the Yukon, but they don't list a higher weight capacity for those.
I've had this for about two years, feels very solid for the price. A few of my drawers are loaded up with impact sockets and quite heavy and haven't had any issues.
I picked mine up at Lowes in a Subaru Crosstrek and carried it into the house with help from my wife. Not the easiest to do but not overly difficult.
