I don't know if this is a victim of Lowes's new AI-driven item description generator but the one meaningful metric, that this is the 46" wide unit, somehow gets left out of the description. It's 18" deep, not wide, unless you're using it pretty wrong.
Also as the price history shows, this a good standard sale price, especially on the rarer colors, but the common colors at least do go on sale for less. Also this unit is sold under several brand names so if you see a 46" rolling tool chest very good odds it's the same one.

Really think about those bottom, deep drawers. For me, deep drawers like those tend to be tool graveyards. Deep drawers are only good for storing a couple larger tools like a router or circular saw but invariably, you'll throw some more stuff in there making things difficult to see and even more difficult to pull out. Having more shallow drawers allows you to store more stuff and have it easily visible and quickly accessible. Tool chest makers add these larger drawers because they're cheaper (less hardware in manufacturing) and give the appearance of more storage.
We have this cabinet at work and we fight it every time we use is. Drawers need to be locked to stay shut and will tip over if drawers go all the open if they have things in them. I recommend a deeper cabinet
