1. You don't even have the home theater equipment nor room set up to exhibit the potential of what's on the bluray disc. Your complaint is pointless, given your circumstance.

2. $5 4K discs are not a thing and will never be a thing. You think just bc blu rays came down in price over the years that it's only a matter of time before 4K discs do, bc to you they're just the new home media standard. But 4K discs are neither printed nor sold in quantities that would make that economically viable. The leap from dvd to blu ray was one mass consumers could still appreciate with an average tv and speaker while the leap from blu ray to 4K for the most part is not. The discs are just a niche market for home theater enthusiasts.

So the best youll ever be able to do is buy digital licenses of UHD content for $5, which will be compressed and deliver worse audio quality than these blu ray discs.
I think The Arrival went under the radar for most bit it's a great scifi alien flick. I believe it's on prime video too.

The title is "Arrival", and your statement is false. The promotional campaign for this movie was borderline spam, and it has been cycling through many of the big streaming services since its theatrical release. With 577K ratings on imdb, I would say this movie has probably gotten more exposure than most Hollywood sci-fi movies these days. Also, not on Prime Video
Someone hates himself and this movie.

I'm not sure it went under the radar but it's definitely a movie that I thought was really well done. I'm usually a Jeremy Renner hater but had nothing but praise for his acting in this one. Amy Adams is Amy Adams. She's always going to get the most out of a role. For $5 it's a deal for sure.
