Lowe's is having clearance prices on most of the Porter-Cable cordless 20V Max line - links below. Clearance prices for items at Lowe's vary by store location - use Brickseek to check store price/availability then switch store via website to order.
Very YMMV and should be reflected in the title. Looks like a 5% discount in my area on some items and certainly the combo kit will not be $25 at 1/2 off as it is currently stated.
Might want to adjust the post before the flames start.

The $25 was just a reference as the lowest price for one of the items ($21.04 for the circular saw). Combo kit around my area is roughly 35% off ($129). Lowes clearance deals are expected to be YMMY - added it to the title and a screenshot of some the prices I got here in South FL
RIP Porter Cable 20v. Does anyone know if there are adapters to make these batteries work on Craftsman V20 (SBD) brand tools?
Also, can any tool junkies tell me if this is a worthwhile upgrade from Black and Decker brand at the clearance price?
Definitely better than B+D. Stanley black and decker the parent company puts Black and decker as entry level tools, porter cable is one of their many midrange brands just like Craftsman is one of their midrange brands, while for cordless power tools Dewalt is their pro brand.
If I was on a budget, I'd definitely look into these PC at these clearance prices.
Many right handed people prefer blade left saws because of the relatively unobstructed sight line to the blade.
But there are many other reasons why a left handed or right handed person might choose a blade left or blade right saw such as how the cut is set up to keep the shoe on the work instead of the offcut, where the dust flies, what style one is used to using, safety, etc.

I'm not sure why, but most battery powered ones seem to be in that configuration.
