seems cheap but when you add in the filters it's not. Before covid I think it was around $25 for them together.

Guess that's why hospital use N95 instead of this since the single use filters of this are way more expensive than disposable N95 before Covid 19. And recent deal Honeywell N95 was available 20 for $40 +shipping.

This one is size small. If you need medium (model 6200) it's at about the same price:

While I'm at it here's the large (6300) tho it's at $19:

Large is $13 from Amazon if you're willing to wait three weeks. Check list of sellers.

The pancake filters are usable for 30-40 hours of use and/or when it becomes hard to breathe due to filter being covered with dust and other materials.

P100 pink puffs have an extraordinarily long shelf life. There really is no limit; the limit is when you can't breathe through it anymore. They are durable, effective, and much less expensive over its lifetime than n95s. The fit is also far superior.

20 n95s for 40? I haven't seen that. I'd buy at that price, because there are some cases where elastomerics are less ideal than disposable n95s.

Naw, not at all. While there are multiple pieces that are needed to build the right setup, the cost is actually quite reasonable. Plus, unlike the disposable masks that we can sort-of reuse, these "elastomeric respirators" are designed to be reused for a very long time, basically until the filter becomes clogged. Plus, it's one of the very few ways to get real N95s or even N100s.

Mask: $14
Things to hold filters: $25
10 pack of N95s: $19

So, for $60 you've got a much better fitting mask that's more comfortable and much more reliable that will last for years.

Thanks! Was on mobile so it didn't go straight to the post. Your post is very informative I would have probably gotten the holders and the n95 filters if I didn't already get the bulk pack of p95s
