It is $90 for Apple GC plus $10 for Target GC, no 5% off on Target GC. 5% of $90 is $4.50 so $95.50!!!

You can load up to $2000 to your apple account. No one can find this in writing. They were just blocked after that amount. Could be that after x hours or days you can load more.

To get 15% off iTunes GC, I now use the Cash App card Home Depot boost which has been giving me 15% off weekly at Home Depot. It's a max $7.50 discount, so I buy a $50 gift card. They also have 10% off grocery store, so you could also get 10% off any gift cards there. You can use these boosts once a week.

FYI, make sure you use a referral code if you're signing up for the first time as you can get $5 for sending $5 to friends.
Just a reminder Apple iTunes gift card can be used for Apple products purchases now..
It's true. However once you assign the card to your iTunes account you cannot use it at a physical Apple Store. You can use it online at Apple.com BUT if there is a remaining balance, you have to pay the remaining amount with a credit card only -- not PayPal for those thinking about the 5% Discover or Chase Freedom bonus.

EDIT: Clarified that you can use the card online at Apple.com.

Bought 2x and got both and the bonuses. Used them in the Apple Store app on iPhone and bought an Apple Watch 6. Bummer you can't take advantage of the payment plan with you Apple Credit Card...

probably my target. i bought some on different days. Tried one of each on different days and says its redeemed. Both bought from the same target. Online order was perfect. In store not so much... thanks for the quick responses!

Depending on the card design, it's possible someone lifted/removed the scratch-off sticker to get the code and then re-covered it. Good idea to inspect gift cards prior to checkout to avoid a scam like this.

mine didnt have any scratch off. it all seemed to be legit and untampered with. One odd thing was all of the $100 itunes were gone except for a "bunch" at one area.

Edit: i tried redeeming the gift card no less than an hour later. My first guess was the apple gift card algorithm was figured out and they have a generator?

Were you able to get a refund from Target?

I doubt the cards were invalid because someone has a generator.

I'm having the same issue now. I purchased in North Jersey just yesterday 11/22/2020 7x $100 gift cards and I went home and they were all already redeemed. I checked the balance in my car before leaving the store and it had shown they all had the $100 balance activated. Spoke to Apple on the phone for quite a while. They saw they were all activated by fraudulent apple ID's such as for example "[email protected]". My guess is someone took these gift cards home, took down the PIN numbers, and put a new "tamper-proof" sticker over it before returning it back to the shelves at Target. I'm also seen that it's possible that someone internally could have been involved in the fraud. I don't mean to be quick to point fingers, but they certainly would have the means to do so and this isn't the first time something like this has happened.

Extremely stressed out, they cannot reverse the money back to me, Target won't refund, I'm at a complete loss of words and out $700 currently.

Can you post a picture of what your tamper seal looked like on the card? Maybe other people can post to compare. Or you can go to another target and see if they look different. Not sure how that will help you but I guess it would determine if it was done with a generator or just someone tampered with the cards in that store.
