That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

I dropped my no credit Sprint account about 45 days ago. On TMO since June free line promos. Tried to open another TMO account on Thursday with Wife (same as no Credit check Sprint) so that I could do insider hookup 20% plus free line plus BYOD's (to take the place of my account without 20% hookup) and couldn't without going in to TMO store as the computer system for me and reps were saying "still a sprint customer" login to Sprint etc. and account was flagged.

And if I wanted to go back and reopen Sprint account, I wouldn't be getting any of these BYOD's right, as it's been less than 90 days since cancelling the lines. . .

Hey Tuxedo and Kenpet, somebody should start a thread on the Sprint $250. . .

Sure. I was about to ping regarding new thread. Submitting now.

So I currently have 2 lines with Verizon and 3 lines with Tmobile.

Could I port my 2 lines from Verizon to a new TMO account under my wifes name to receive $250x2? Then down the road bring the old 3 TMO lines to the new account?

What would be the best way to maximize savings here? I'd also love to upgrade my wifes iPhone X to an iPhone 11 Pro, so it seems redeeming that deal be the better option since I would save $1000 instead of $500.

Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!

OK, looks like I may dip my toes in the water again.

1. Current: TMo, two lines, 55+ plan. $70.00/mon.

2. Change to Magenta, add four lines, $250 rebate x 4. Monthly cost increases $110.00.

3. After $250 rebates are received, drops lines 3-6.

4. Return to 55+ plan.

$1000.00 - 220.00 = $780.00. Worthy of effort, I believe.

I tried to figure out a way to include the free i11 Pro deal, but the third lines increases my bill too much.

If we are good with Sprint after reactivation, $100/month for four lines and back will be $800 which is better than T-M.

i ordered from the ebay seller who says the numbers are only valid for 3 days. but i am a new customer. which means i need sim cards to port -in. if i order t mobile sims today, how many days would it take to deliver? i might lose these numbers if it comes after 3 days. or can i port in without sim cards?

looks like stores charge $10 (sim)+$30 (activation) for each line?

https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/p...onaloffers

Additional info from chat rep:

1. Can be combined with Keep and Switch and free line service promos.

2. New line scenarios that don't qualify:
Lines added to the account via COR or BAN-to-BAN moves (COR - Change of Responsibility, BAN - Billing Account Number)
Lines converted from NCC/SCNC to normal Postpaid (NCC - No Credit Check, SCNC - Simple Choice No Credit)
Lines resumed from cancellation
Lines added after the customer cancels existing lines

3. The offer requires to activate a new line of voice service on any voice rate plan (excluding Select Choice, Value Essentials Voice: Postpaid, and Value Essentials Voice: Business).

4. After activation, submit rebate online at https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ with promo code 2020BYOD1 within 30 days of purchase.

5. Port-in from MVNOs that use AT&T or Verizon network qualify for the promo (Eg:Cricket, Visible etc.) - better to check again while ordering because of contradicting info from different reps

6. Google Voice, Mint does not qualify
I wish you had included response to the following basic questions in your post:
1) Is this offer also for someone who doesn't have any line with T-mobile?
2) What is the cheapest plan to sign on to get the $250?
3) For how long do you have to be on the plan to get the $250?
4) Clarification that you could cancel the plan at any time with no penalty.

I'm porting three numbers from AT&T. All numbers were obtained from ebay.

Once I get the sim cards from t-mobile, do I actually have to put it in a phone? Or can I just register the lines for the promotions without having to do that?

For those buying the AT&T number off ebay, do they also provide an account number and pin?
