That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

Is there an activation fee when you call in to port the number?
Not when I did the previous T-mo BYOD deal this April.

Your total is $140. According to the thread below, they can get 4 Magenta lines for the total of $96. Looks like we can really get 2 lines for free. Am I missing something here?
There are multiple offers/discounts that people try to stack. I prefer to keep it simple. Just be careful with stacking other discounts so you won't screw yourself out of the $250 GCs.

Would it be possible create a new account with 2 ported numbers from my Verizon account and get a free line then port over an existing Tmobile number from a different account as the free line?

Yes you did. In order to get 4 lines Magenta for $96, you would need to had signed up with TMO 2 lines plus free 3rd line new account last week or 2 weeks ago, added the hookup 20% to the new account, and then you would be eligible for that current 4th free line. . .first two paid lines Magenta for $120-the 20% hookup, making it $96 for 4 lines. If you did not do all of the above and don't have hookup 20% from last year, it's more like this

New account 3 lines magenta for $96, 4 lines for $112 with 20% Hookup
Still better than $140

Actually, no. . .if you don't need to use it. The IMEI is what they need. . .

End chat and try on T-mobile F-Force messenger on FB. Or head back to Costco to activate, in which case you wouldn't even need to have unused sim cards

Make sure you have an IMEI # to use for each line
Thanks, will Costco charge any activaion fee?

EDIT: Forget about activating at Costco as it's excluded from $250 BYOD eligibility.

Again, if you have the needed # of Sims my first choice would be T-Force on FB messenger. I added the current free line deal this method last night and all is squared away already.

The attachment shows how the cost is broken down. You order 4 lines but the 3rd line is free. Although I said in another post that you have to activate the 3rd line to get it because it's not automatically added, that applies to people with existing account.

Here's an analogy: A store has a sale "Buy Two, Get the 3rd One FREE". If you go into the store and checkout with 3 items, they'll only charge you for two. But if someone had bought two items before the sale, the store will not search them out and give them another item free. If those people go back to the store and ask for a free item, then the store will honor the deal and give them one free.
The website advertises 4 lines for $160 per month (Magenta plan), which is $40 per line. With one line free (that you got), shouldn't it be $120 per month?

Yeah my bad, thought they just meant no stacking Costco $100 with $250.

TopGun200 covered it here in post #197 and linked the reddit sub about it. . .
