That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

Get the sims from Apple. Tell T-Mobile you want to start/activate service and that you already have the sims cards. Very simple.
Alright. Thanks. I ll try that. Tmobile charges $20 per line assist fee. I heard.

I finally got my 4 lines transferred in. After I received the SIM cards today, this is what I did.
1. Called the Number Transfer Center (Porting dept) at 877-789-3106. I was put on hold for over 1.5 hours. I gave up.
2. Popped one of the SIM cards in a moto e6 phone. I was able to make calls and send/receive text messages with the temp. number linked to the SIM card.
3. Created a T-Mobile ID with the temp number in (2). (You would be verified with your e-mail address and also verification code sent to the temp. number).
4. Got onto FB Messenger. Send a request to the T-Mobile team to transfer in my 4 AT&T numbers. You would be verified through a link to sign in with your T-Mobile ID created in (3).
5. Once verified, a TForce team member came on board and ported my 4 numbers in less than 10 minutes!
6. Logged on to T-Mobile.com with my email address and password (the temp number used in step (3) was not need to log on.
7. TADAA all my 4 former AT&T numbers were in my T-Mobile account!
What I understand after reading so many post is, you dont need 4 numbers in hand to place order. We need 4 ready to port numbers once SIM/order is delivered?

Alll the T-Mobile SIM cards I had start with 890126. But rep from 611 told me my newly ordered SIM card numbers and they start with 890154 or 890166. Are they new type SIM cards?

Just have a question. On the check out page do I need to put in the phone number that I will port in or just my personal number which I will not be used to port in?

TIA.

Correct but if you want to secure the 20% off your entire bill using a hookup code, you should at least have one number to enter it (along with the code) on the insider.t-mobile.com website. Some folks are saying securing the discount after the order has been placed is possible and should work but I would follow the sequence described in the Wiki to be absolutely certain the discount gets applied right away.

This is the phone number they will most likely call you to verify the order.

It doesn't have to be the number to port in, right?

Thanks for a quick response!

Thanks, Repped. I have 2 numbers in hand, so will try hookup. I will get remaining numbers once I get sim.

1) I am existing TMobile simple choice customer. If I open a new account with 4 lines (magneta plan) would I still be eligible for the promo (while keeping all my simple choice line active/untouched)?

2) if I can still add lines on my existing simple choice account, would those additional lines be qualified for the promo?

Thanks
