Is it a limit of 4 rebates per household (same address) or simply per account?

From what you've seen, do I have time to order tonight and have the sims in hand by 10/1 and be able to port my numbers over before the promo ends? I went to a Tmo store today, no luck on overriding the zombie Sprint account, only option left is to try to open an account tonight online as my father in law.
You'll be cutting it close but I think you can make it. I ordered online on Monday 9/21, sales rep called shortly after that and approved order, SIMs were shipped on 9/22 by UPS 2nd-day Air (seems like all orders got upgraded to 2nd-day Air at no extra charge). SIMs delivered, activated, ported in on 9/23, rebate claims submitted 9/24.

If you order tonight or before noon tomorrow, it should be approved tomorrow. Even if they don't ship during weekends, SIMs should be shipped on Monday 9/28, delivered on 9/29. If you activate and port in no later than 9/30 you will be OK. I think you have up to 30 days to submit the rebate claim. But like with Sprint, regardless of activation date, the sooner you submit the rebate claim, the sooner you'll receive the rebate.

Did you use 1 phone or multiple phones to pop the various SIM's into?

No email for the rebate submission confirmation? Just text?
Quote from hpham_53 :
Although your email is part of the info needed to submit a claim, it did not send an email confirmation nor give you a choice to receive the claim link by email.
Hpham is correct. Also, you can just check rebate status, or when it's approved claim/print the e-rebate card here:

https://promotions.t-mobile.com/

Just sign into TMO before going to that page, and when there enter one of your account phone #'s (it doesn't matter which #) under check status. . .

Edit: Duh, same page you submit rebates. Long day. . .

Of course I have to use Incognito to access TMO, as on normal Chrome it 404's TMO and only allows Sprint. Cause it still thinks I'm S. . .

Well definitely asking for a credit check. And asking for Drivers License info. Not sure I've ever been asked for both.
