That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

just placed order with different family member name (coming from sprint > att > tmobile, sprint cursed). don't want to deal with run-around.
placed order with ground shipping, hope i get it before 9/30
no free upgrade to 2day shipping
That's what I did yesterday. My brother ordered a line and did ground shipping for the SIM. I am worried about missing Oct 1 deadline.

What I found out is that as soon as they ship SIM, there will be a line added to the acct with the temporary number. You can call the port dept and ask them to port the new number even before you have the actual SIM card. That way at least that part of the T&C are met prior to Oct 1.

Now I remember many folks activated SIM card after Sprint $300 promo offer had expired and had rejection on the rebates. They had to fight their way to get them. Most of them did from what I know. I don't want to be in that camp. Let's see what happens. Somebody said they send it via UPS mail innovations.

Is that what you are planning to do? Thx

2020 3rd Line On Us 2 ---> This promo was for adding 2 paid voice lines, and get the 3rd line free, which was valid through 9/17. Correct? Thanks.
I believe so. I opened the account on 9/17 with 6 lines and this "2020 3rd Line On Us 2" credit got added automatically.
The Free Line on Us offer that started on 9/18 is called "2020 Line On Us P13" which i also took advantage of by adding a 7th line

is anyone porting from sprint > att > tmobile?
assuming the nos will be within 90 days and tmobile might seen them as winback (since now sprint = tmobile)
do you think the 250 byod will qualify?
I am doing sprint --> TF --> visible --> Sprint. Diff accounts. Again, I don't think 90 day rule applies if it is a diff account / diff person. If same person, then may be avoid it. But it is a new acct with T-mob so it shouldn't come into play, but be safe than sorry.

[quote="mdjd;140667629"]It depends who you talk to...the rep I signed up with for the Military Magenta plan said I qualified for the 20% off and used one of his hookup codes. He actually put me on hold (this initially started via chat) while he checked to confirm if I would still qualify to get the additional 20% off. Not sure if he checked with a manager or another rep.

However, other reps have stated the already-discounted plans like Military/First Responder, etc. do not qualify for the additional 20%. I can't find anything in the terms of those plans or the hookup details that states these plans do not qualify

Called T-Mobile to find out why I can't get to the redemption page and got told to wait 24 hours .
Is this normal? I am signed on in my account ,but every time it ask me to sign in at the redemption page ,which of course doesnt work .Also wanted to check if the 20% hook up code got applied .
To check the status of your 20% Hookup promo, go here: https://insider.t-mobile.com/. You can check the status by entering the phone number and ZIP (towards the bottom of the page).

This is the link to submit the promo code for the $250 card: https://promotions.t-mobile.com/. It worked for me without issues earlier today so maybe try to clear your browser's cache, use different browser, etc.

Hope this helps.

Good to hear. You are good to go.
Haha I wish! Still no call back from Sprint manager to remove my account. And I still cannot sign up for a new Tmobile account. On the verge of giving up like a few other people.

The free line promos from the initial order on 9/17 showed up as soon as i logged into my account on 9/19. But for the second order on 9/20 I still don't see the "2020 Line On Us P13" promo even though sim card has shipped and line got added to the account. chatted and the rep said the credit is still being processed by the backend systems and that I should see it soon.

Oh, well, I guess my situation was 'unique' in that they decided to call and verify that the order is genuine. It happened about 5 minutes after I submitted my order online. Was your transaction an upgrade / update to an existing order or a brand new one? It was the latter in my case, so maybe why?
Your situation is not unique. I opened a new account on Monday using my daughter's name and within an hour I got a call from a T-mo rep to verify some info, read off legal agreements and approved the order with shipping upgraded to UPS 2nd-day Air.

Got my first bill, but even 20% hookup shows in my Monthly cost, the bill is $140.

How can this happen!

Do you really NEED 4 phones to get the promotion for 4 lines? Has anyone tried doing it all on one phone? I saw this asked a few times and didn't see an answer, I haven't scanned every page though.
