TMo pushing hard to close out Q3 with big numbers.

That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

It might say the Tribute doesn't have "full functions" for VoLTE calls, but it still works for 3G calls. Enter the IMEI of your Tribute to the T-mo IMEI Checker and see what it says.
I just checked BYOD IMEI checker for LG K20 V.

It shows a red cross at the top and says it doesn't support key features of our network.

I hope it works for LTE data. Just waiting for the SIM now.

Thanks ! Did you see the 2 free lines on your online order or did you only see 1? I wonder if there's any indication if the fourth line is going to be free for my order.

Do you also know if canceling a line later on will remove the 20% discount from the hook up code?
My online order has no information about an actual cost. I ordered on the 23rd; at that time the Tmobile website was (and still actually is) showing the following pricing for 4 lines on Magenta: "$140 - Pricing for 4 lines on AutoPay, with your 3rd line on us." I think most us thought that that "free line' is the same promo that has been running between 9/18 and 9/24. Apparently, those were two separate promos: one ended on the 24 and the another one is still running. So maybe this is the reason I ended up with 2 (versus 1) free lines? Frankly, I have no idea. Will see exactly what happens when the first bill is generated.

Cannot answer your question; my plan is actually to close the entire account once the rebate is paid out. I am not keeping this account long term so no plans to modify anything now or in the future.

Get the sims from Apple. Tell T-Mobile you want to start/activate service and that you already have the sims cards. Very simple.
In over 1600 posts, almost nobody has posted about this topic with the Apple Store sims, so I have an experience to share, and would like to see if there are any comments, but I doubt anyone has the same story.

Went to Apple Store. Team member was more than happy to give me free sims (got 8 actually, he said 4 of the total red face cards work in the older iPhones and 4 cards that have a combo Half White an Half Red Face work in the newer iPhones).

Tried to open new account with T-Force (FB) and could never get thru the application (even with 800 credit score) due to a glitch perhaps in my computer. They instructed me to call cust service (you know, the folks that charge $20/line to activate and $10/sim). Application went thru smoothly, but the brand new sims would not work in his system (said an error showed up saying 'not valid for this promo').

So he was nice enough to get a supervisor to waive all fees and send new sims, yada, yada, yada. Maybe I will get them in time, maybe not.

So, has anyone---and I know there are relatively few of us--who obtained sims from Apple, actually had success? If so, exactly what steps worked for you? Tell what fees if any you actually had to pay and to whom? Phone cust care or chat?

I was replying to the person who said that he tried to combine the free line, $250 byod and the S20 FE (via add new line method) for that same line then it wouldn't work. Some also asked how to combine free line, $250, $200 5G rebate, and $500 trade-in S20 FE ... hard NO!

Now some people will try to to get free line, then 250 rebate then will try to use that free line to do S20 FE via $500 trade in and after receiving $250 rebate -- that scenario may work but rebate doesnt get approved sooner than 30D.

So to summarize: Trade in method for S20 FE is ok on a line that DOESN'T receive any discounts, such as free line that was added before 9/24 or on paid/free lines that already have EIP credits. You cannot have 2 EIP credits on the same line (paid or free) but can have 2 EIP payment on the same line. The S20 FE is getting EIP credits to make it free
So if I port in, and trade in a phone on any of the paid lines , I should be good to go on the $500 off trade in? Since the paid lines don't have any promos attached to them

Is this a new paid line opens 9/25 or later? Or
Is it free line opens after 9/25 as part of get 3 lines 1 free promo?
In both scenarios, you DO NOT need to do the $500 trade in method and NO port in required to get free S20FE at all. Yes open a line get a free S20 FE (via EIP credits). That's it!

$500 trade in method is for existing paid lines before 9/25 that don't already get EIP credits OR free lines that are waiting on discounts payout (such as $250 byod rebate to complete) AND no EIP credits on that free line. $500 trade in method doesn't require port in either. Some ppl are trying to figure out how to attach $200 5G promo (1 per account) to make the phone free in this case too, but this part is still unclear b/c SE FE doesn't officially comes out until after Oct 1 and the $200 5G promo expires 9/30 (unless extended). To register for $200 5G discount you need the IMEI of the 5G phone.

Hope that clears it up for you.

I am kind of surprised that the mods have not removed this post, however I just want to advise, that when I clicked and looked at the listing, I noticed that it does NOT state how long the port numbers are good for. Some sellers have numbers that have to be activated in as little as 3 days and others have 28 days to port. So just be aware.

I sent a message and this seller replied: around 21 days. So should be very safe for this promo.

can you please provide the timeline of order placement date , account activation date (email received with temp nos), and bill generate date?
Are you able to track your shipment? I have the tracking number, but there is no update. Says UPS couldn't locate the shipment. Thx

Is something wrong with my post? Did I violated something? I posted the link to help the original poster.

I opened 4 lines before 9/25, with 3rd line free. Wanted to trade in phone on one of the paid lines for the s20fe and see if I would still be eligible for the $250 BYOD promo. Sorry, I am so confused with all these promos.

Also, would any of my paid lines be able to take advantage of the "iPhone 11 on us" ? Thank you for your help

You can also just go to your local Costco store & not only will you get free Sim cards with no fees but you also get a $100 Costco Cash card.

TMO billing is a bit screwy. On my first account which was opened in store, both my online account and 1st bill show $112/month (Magenta plan) for 4 lines ported in from AT&T. On my bae's account that was created thro online chat, the account shows $112 (4 numbers transferred in from AT&T) but the 1st bill shows $140 with the temp numbers. It appears that the 1st bill was generated when the SIMs with the temp numbers were shipped so it did not sync with the transferred numbers.
3 days, I learned that here.

You are not alone, I have the same bill like yours, and monthly details shows $112
