Transfer the rewards to bank account:
You need to delete the bank details from the card once you initiated the bank transfer. If you delete the bank details, you can use the same routing and ac number in other cards without any error message.
Rule -
1. Add bank details --> Initiate bank transfer --> Delete Bank details --> Redeem other cards.
2. Repeat #1.
You can make all transfer one by one at same day and no need to wait for credit.

Sprint customer are not eligible to port in through online. It will require store visit but success from store is highly YMMV.
Costco $100 offer is not stackable with this offer. Thanks Grouchy16 for Costco confirmation.
Not only is it not stackable, I have more information:

After you received your SIM cards:
1. Called the Number Transfer Center (Porting dept) at 877-789-3106 to transfer in your numbers (replacing the temp numbers associated with the SIM cards). If you are put on hold for more than 10 minutes, hang up and move to step 2.
2. Pop one of the SIM cards in an unlocked phone. (You should be able to make calls and send/receive text messages with the temp. number linked to the SIM card).
3. Create a T-Mobile ID with the temp number in (2). (You would be verified with your e-mail address and also verification code sent to the temp. number).
4. Get onto FaceBook Messenger. Send a request to the T-Mobile team to transfer in my 4 AT&T numbers. You would be verified through a link to sign in with your T-Mobile ID created in (3).
5. Once verified, a T-Force team member would come on board and help you port in your numbers.
6. Log on to T-Mobile.com with your email address and password (the temp number used in step (3) would not be needed).
7. Confirm your 4 numbers are in your T-Mobile account!
Note: Folks have done visible (chat with t-force on Twitter/ FB messengers they will confirm your number as it will come up a vzw) .. keep record of that chat
Porting your numbers after receiving and cashing out the prepaid virtual cards.
There are several options:
1. Numberbarn [numberbarn.com] - $7 (port-in fee $5 + monthly charge $2)
2. H2O [h2owireless.com] - $1. See post hpham_53's post on how to avoid paying min $10 monthly plan. Now need to wait 5 days before porting out.
3. Tello [tello.com] - $5

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

So, not sure when I will receive the sims.
I just now already got the email "your account has been activated" (in less than 24 hours of placing order). So, T-Mobile will likely start billing as of today, even though they didn't deliver the sims to use the service.
chatting with t-force to see if they will allow to pick up sims in-store today (considering they activated my account, and sims are still technically not even shipped)
prefer to get atleast the hookup no ported today, so the 1st bill gives the 20% off.

Here is my list of steps & hope this helps someone.
==========
1. Obtain a 20% hookup code (type 1) and register the Hookup code by using one of my porting in numbers.
https://insider.t-mobile.com/
2. Order 4 sim cards at t-mobile.com. $10 per sim (plus tax). Magenta plan. Credit check is required.
Be sure to write down the PIN you've created during the ordering process.
3. After I placed my order online, a Tmo agent called me to confirm the order. Be sure to ask the agent for free upgrade to UPS 2nd day shipping.
4. After I received my sim cards, I called Tmo Transfer Center: 877-789-3106 to request porting in my new numbers.
Be sure to have your account number and pin number from your current service provider ready. The agent also asked for my Tmo PIN which I created in step #2.
It took about 15 minutes to complete the process, and all my lines were activated within 20 minutes or so.
5. Create my T-Mobile ID at t-mobile.com.
6. Submit rebate online. Promote code 2020BYOD1
Make sure your real numbers are populated in the drop-down list. Submitted rebates for all my 4 numbers.
https://promotions.t-mobile.com
7. After 1 day, I received a text from Tmo:
"Congrats! Your request for 2020 T-Mobile Insider has been approved! Your discount will be reflected within 1 -2 billing cycles. Please look out for 2020 T-Mobile Insider on your bill that will indicate your credit each month."

Would you please let me know why you want to have the hookup number ported today, in order to be qualified for 20% discount? I am in same situation, does porting today or in afew days make any difference regarding applying the 20% hookup discount? If it does have a difference, I will do the porting today as well, as I already received the sim and temp #, I just thought there 's no rush to do the porting? Thanks.

- Ported today, no issues from T-Mo.
- No SMS verification required (even though I did get a auto text from T-Mo says "in some cases, ATT users may have to verify SMS"). None of that was required for me.
- Port-in number completed and is active on my account.
- Rebate submitted few mins back.
