I placed my order on line on Monday 9/21, SIMs received and activated on 9/23.
They gave you 2nd day Air service, correct? Mine is ground shipping. They were charging me additional $9 if I wanted expedited service. Visible is still the best in business with its shipping service.

My order confirmation email (new account with 4 lines) looked similar: 4 line items for "BYOD 3in1 SIM Card", 4 for "Magenta Data", only 3 (?) for "Magenta (2 line)", and 4 for "ASSISTED SUPPORT". Yet the credit card was charged only for 4 SIMs (42.20 with tax).
Same as my order confirmation email. The online representative said there would be a 20 activation fee each line. My credit card was charged 123 with tax already.

Did you place your order online or in-store? Did a rep call you after your order was placed? I placed my order online with ground shipping but the rep who called me upgraded it to 2nd-day Air.

my wife went to a Tmo store yesterday and got us set up. The manager had to work around the old sprint account problem but she got it done. Only problem is my wife only brought one phone to the store and brought the other 3 sims home. I can see in her Tmo.com account that they know which phones the sims are in, but I cant make or receive a call. Never been on Tmo before, what am I forgetting to do? I can text, the LG G8 has data access, the old Galaxy S7 can text but doesnt have data.

Placed my online order by myself on 9/23 with free shipping (not expedited) and received the SIMs yesterday 9/25. I guess it depends on how far you are from where T-Mobile's shipping facilities.

Whoa.. really? Did you see the $20 per line ($80 total) activation fees on your final checkout page? My order listed only four $10 per SIM card charges; hence my 42.20 charge I authorized on the checkout page. Sincerely hope they are not adding that $80 because 1) I have not authorized; 2) it was nowhere on the Order Checkout Page. Please provide more info if you can, thanks!

I contacted T-Mobile and was told they wouldn't be able to port until I receive my SIMs.

Ended up porting by contacting chat support on mobile app AFTER receiving SIMs (sorry wasn't be clear)

Did you order thru chat agent? If so they will charge you $20 for each line. I place order online w/o help. Miss call from sale rep cause they can't place a charge on the CC I gave online. I called them back with new card, the rep also upgrade my order to 2nd day air.
So far the only charge on my card is $42.4 for 4 SIMs.

you need to call tmobile and make sure the other sim cards are actually activated. I had this same issue. One line worked perfect and the others would not call or text, called tmobile and the rep said they never actually activated the lines. It actually worked in my favor because I had paid for the activation and since they didn't do it right at the store I asked for a credit on the activation fees and they gave it to me. The phone rep activated the sim cards and now everything is working on all of the lines.
