That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

I couldn't place the order online on my brother's acct. So I had to call. Lady waived the assisted fee, but charged $10 for the SIM. She wanted additional $10 for the expedited shipping so I chose ground shipping thinking that it will come within 2-3 days. Thanks.

This was using UPS Mail Innovation service? So USPS delivered the package?
i chose ground shipping for all 3 orders over phone and it was upgraded for 2 of them and were delivered in 2 days. 3rd one was not upgraded and it took almost a week.
ordered - 9/20 around 9am
usps delivered to mailbox - 9/26 around 4pm

good to know. i also chose ground shipping on my order. my order did not require verification, and no one in care could upgrade shipping. so, good thing I got replacement sim cards in store. they will ship mon sep 28, and with ground shipping i would lucky to receive them by Fri Oct 2, that would be too late.

I'm sure this has all been asked, so my apologies, but this thread is getting long & difficult to parse:

1. Can the ported lines be cancelled with no penalty as soon as the $250 rebate processes?

2. The rebates should be received in 6-8 weeks, so 2 months of billing?

3. If I port AT&T #s from eBay, can I then later change these #s to my real #s without losing the 20% Hookup discount?

4. Is the AutoPay discount $5 or $10 per line?
1. no such penalty mentioned in terms
2. approximately
3. you can port-in to replace existing line(s) anytime. i think it's free once a year. and you shouldn't lose 20% hookup discount. better to confirm with cs
4. it's $5 per line
I see this on my 10 line magenta plus plan
$5 discount per line up to 8 lines with AutoPay enabled.

IMEI is not needed to submit rebate See attached screenshots.
When you got the virtual card in May, did you have to register at myprepaidcenter etc?

For example, visible gives vitrual MC. You claim it and then add it to your Myprepaidcenter acct. You can specify the name, address, etc for the virtual card.

Does it work the same way for T-Mob? Or does it have the name of the owner's acct?

Thanks

The wiki said "Complete port-in and register code within 30 days of activation." Best bet is you'll have 30 days to finish everything after receiving the sims? I do really hope so, as my billing cycle with ATT started just yesterday.
You mentioned your billing cycle just started with ATT... Did you port to ATT from another carrier for the sole purpose of qualifying for the $250 BYOD?

If porting to ATT, can you port the numbers over and cancel within a grace period so that you don't need to pay for ATT service? In other words, just keep it long enough for the port to be complete so the numbers are on ATT network?

I have 5 Cricket lines and the rep who signed me up told me I still qualified for $250 BYOD, but I'm worried it will get rejected. If you look up the carrier using my phone number, it shows Cricket Wireless ATT SVR, so while it does say Cricket, it also says ATT. Since ATT is a qualified carrier and since the rebate terms don't specifically state MVNOs are not qualified, shouldn't I still qualify?

If I can temporarily port to ATT and then port to TMO, that may be the safer option, if it's possible.

I didn't see any response to this question so i thought i would share what i think.

Thank you for helping with the link, noobee. I have seen posts with links to ebay sellers on this thread and several other threads. I don't think there is anything wrong with your post. It is a violation if you receive any kind of compensation for posting the link here or if you are promoting your business. (see sd acceptable use policy for more details)

so keep sharing helpful user content with sd community. i guess that is what we all try to do here.
I appreciate the info AjayRajula, I was referring to the number of posts that get removed when I wonder just why they do it. I thought that even if a link does not enrich you specifically, that if it refers to a private sale, then it is of a commercial nature without compensation to SD, like it would be with a paid ad, so they take it out. I guess there is a fine line. Obviously individual members like us will sometimes post a link to an item that appears to be a good deal on Amazon, and those are not removed. But perhaps SD has an agreement with major etailers. I really have no clue and am happy to be schooled. Thanks

Bill for 4 lines ported from ATT - $96

Applied discounts and promotions:
$10 AutoPay Discount
$24 New TMO Insider Voice 20%
$20 2020 3rd Line On Us 3 (Additional Lines)
$10 AutoPay Discount (Additional Lines)
$20 2020 Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)
My "Account" portion of the my.tmobile.com looks exactly the same. But under the "Bill" portion, I just got a final bill posted with a total of $120. On a downloaded PDF copy, there are still four temporary phone numbers listed so there is no way this is a 'final' copy of the document. Not sure if this will gets adjusted further or I will have to pay 120 this month (due date is Oct 15) and have an overpayment of $24 for the next billing cycle.

Anyone else in the same boat (discrepancy between numbers reported in the "Bill" and "Account" sections of the my.tmobile.com website)?

The way T-mo did it in May-June, clicking on the reward link took me to a web site that displayed the virtual card. That site also had an option to cash out the card's balance to a bank account overnight, with no fees. I didn't have to add the card to myprepaidcenter.

I called tmobile care, and asked nicely if they will allow me to pickup 4 sims in store instead of waiting for the ground package which might take 5 days.
The rep spoke to a nearby store and the store ok'ed 4 sims at no charge. got the 4 sims today from the store, will do porting tomm.
Did you do that after you placed the order (unassisted on the website)? And they then cancelled the shipment?
