That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

If you got two lines free, why are u seeing $140 for your monthly instead of $120?
I only got 1 line free, not two, this is why I am asking.

You got partial refund for your bills from Tmobile recently? Has it changed now? I was told no prorations from rep and my past experience from 1ish year ago confirmed no proration also. So, if I cancel Day1 into a new billing cycle, I still get charged for a full cycle. thanks.
Yep. I cancelled my account on 6/2/20, about two weeks before the service period ended. Got a refund via debit card on 7/16/20. See attachment.
A lot of people were told by reps that there's no prorated refund. But I've done a bunch of deals with AT&T, Sprint, T-mo since March of this year and cancelled before the last service period ended. Sprint is the only one that did not send a partial refund. I got partial refunds with my two AT&T accounts and my T-mo account. It also depends on how the account was closed. If you call up a rep and ask to close your account, some carriers will close at the end of the billing period, hence no refund. If you port out your numbers and there are no remaining active lines, most carriers (except Sprint) will send you a partial refund.

Hello Experts, Could you please help me understand my options?

I am an existing Sprint Customer who is currently having 5 lines for a $100 plan. I would like to transfer 4 lines to T-Mobile and like to get this deal. Is it possible to get with my name/SSN? If not, Is it possible to transfer my Sprint numbers to T-Mobile using my Daughter's name/SSN and get this deal?

If that's not possible either, then is it possible for me to get the Samsung S20 FE phone deals with my sprint numbers? Thanks in advance.

Why not add 4 more lines to Sprint acct? Get them activated. Submit the rebate. Then you can do whatever with the previous 5 lines. You can't port them to TMobile directly regardless of whose acct u r planning to use.

You can try to open T-Mobile under your SSN, if it doesn't allow, then just open under your daughter's SSN, BYOD likely is a soft pull...(since you are not financing a phone)

However, porting from sprint to T-Mobile doesn't qualified for any T-Mobile port in promo, since they are same company..

For the s20 fe, I believe this requires trade in a qualifying Device, whether porting or not, new line or not will be ok.

I don't need to port out my numbers (cost money I assume to park them?) have you tried to close it via rep over the phone and have gotten partial refund that way? Wonder if I can request to close immediately in hope of getting partial refunds (should the refund amount be significant of course, for example Day 5 into the cycle). I know port out is immediate, but wonder if cancel over the phone is the same will get me partial refunds too.

yes, placed order online with ground shipping
when i called care, order was already marked shipped via ups-ground but not handed to ups yet.
they did not cancel the shipment, since order was already updated to shipped in the system.
so, i will have 4 extra sim cards when they arrive to my door.
Do you see any progress on your shipping? Does it have delivery date? I saw one update this morning that says "Package transferred to destination UPS Mail Innovations facility" Not clear what this means. USPS doesn't have the package yet. Thanks.

I don't see any options on my Sprint Account to add 4 more lines and get this promotion.

He cancelled T-Mobile lines by calling to cancel the lines, and cancelled ATT by actually porting out.

Yes, cancelling T-Mobile lines via calling will get partial refund.

FYI, T-Mobile prorates final bill if you ask them to cancel lines immediately.

No go. Contacted Sprint Chat support and she said that first we need to reactivate closed Sprint account and contact 4727 number for $250 BYOD offer.
In the wiki, you are quoted as saying that
"Sprint customer are not eligible to port in through online. It will require store visit but success from store is highly YMMV."

I don't see any reports of successes or failures in this thread. Maybe you have some additional information. If so, can you tell me if the odds are more like 5% or more like 40% (or any kind of estimate that you can give would be great)?
