That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

My "Account" portion of the my.tmobile.com looks exactly the same. But under the "Bill" portion, I just got a final bill posted with a total of $120. On a downloaded PDF copy, there are still four temporary phone numbers listed so there is no way this is a 'final' copy of the document. Not sure if this will gets adjusted further or I will have to pay 120 this month (due date is Oct 15) and have an overpayment of $24 for the next billing cycle.

Anyone else in the same boat (discrepancy between numbers reported in the "Bill" and "Account" sections of the my.tmobile.com website)?
I got my final bill this morning and it's $96. I believe you will see and adjustment next month and $96 from there.

My 1st bill is $155. I spoke to them and they adjusted $15 for auto-pay, making it $140. They said hook-up will catchup next month. I did not bring up possible 2nd free line credit. Will wait to see next month's bill. Just got worried, they might say it should not be free and reverse it Smilie

Thank you for the reply!

What about the timing issues that have been mentioned? Are you aware of anything like that, where TMO will still see Cricket as the carrier since the ports happened so quickly?

So would my best option be to go into the store so I get the Verizon SIMs immediately? I recall you previously mentioned picking up the SIM in the local store. So, do online with SIM pickup in store, or do all in store?

1. Sign up for Verizon service.
2. Port 4 numbers from Cricket to Verizon.
3. Wait for the port process to finish.
4. Proceed with the port from Verizon to TMO.

Since I already have my TMO lines activated with temp numbers, I still have the 30 day window to port from Verizon. However, to avoid the service charges from Verizon, I'd need to port out within a few days.

How quick do you think I could do both ports? Thinking about the out of state family that will essentially be out of service during this time. They won't have access to the Verizon SIMs so once I port their numbers from Cricket to Verizon, they won't have service until the numbers are ported to TMO.
Regarding Verizon SIM, you have two options,
  1. First Option, Before placing the order, go grab the SIM from Apple Store, and then while placing the order, Verizon asks if you already have SIM cards.
  2. Second Option, Place the order and select store pickup so that you can port immediately
You have to port out within 3 days to avoid Activation Charges.

Chat with Verizon Rep to ask them if you don't get the good network/service in your location, how quickly you can port-out? Then you can decide next course of action

Has anyone recently been able to get something in writing from T-Mobile that a port in from Visible will qualify for the promotion? If so, through what method of contact did you receive that (online chat, Facebook messenger, or Twitter)?

I ported out of AT&T last week using H2O SIMs without buying airtime. Still worked.
how do you get account number and pin from H2O without buying their service when you port this number from H2O sims to other carrier in 30 days?

This is regarding the 3rd line on us promotion...

I know you only need 2 numbers to get a 3rd one free. If we port 4 numbers and down the road we cancel 1 of them.. do we lose the 3rd line discount even though technically we still have 2 + 1 line? Or is it pretty much you cancel 1 and you lose the 3rd line no matter what.

For example, you sign up with 5 lines and 2 years later you cancel one, do you lose the 3rd line free?

I bought AT&T numbers from another seller (ignatto). The account number is 12 digits long, which matches the length of my postpaid AT&T number. (I don't know how long an AT&T Prepaid account number is). How long is the account number that you got from re-lkux?
He is my go to seller.. sprint BYOD, now tmo

They will never say visible will qualify. You just need to ask them to check the number and they will say it shows eligible. They might either see it as a verizon number or don't see the carrier name at all. If you tell them it is visible, they will then say it will not qualify based on T&Cs.

I signed up for service on 9/23 around 11 PM eastern. I received the SIM shipping confirmation email around 4 PM on 9/25 and didn't receive them until 9/28 due to the weekend. So it took them almost two days just to ship them.

However, the account was activated and the temp numbers were assigned and provided via email on 9/25 around 1 PM.

something doesnt make sense. why does your magenta plan have cents after $140? it should be a round number with taxes included. what do you see on the promo/discount page?

go to your "Account" page and under "Plan Details", what do you see? you should see something close to what prior comments always share:

Plan Details
Magenta $140.00/mo

Applied discounts and promotions:
$10 AutoPay Discount
$20 2020 Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)
$10 AutoPay Discount (Additional Lines)
$20 2020 3rd Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)

something like the above.

your first bill will always be strange, but i dont know why you see $19.44. Something is wrong.

tell us how you registered. online or at retail? did you buy devices? do you have insurance?

also, is that screen from the primary account owner? you should be able to see a more detailed screen as the primary.
Shows the same details as you mentioned above when i go to Plan Details. I registered Online and bring my own devices. I don't have any insurance.

Ex Sprint customer (BYOD guys) are eligible. It will requires store visit and credit pull. You will have to go in person, credit check etc will be done and account created.. get the account number.

At least one line needed to be ported ($30 charge for the sim and in-store service charge). The other lines can be done over the t-mobile app -chat/ over phone .. they can waive service fee (ymmv if you ask nicely - for me they did not charge fees). Took me 30 minutes over phone to get my balance 3 lines set up and ported.

Good idea to buy 3 sims from store (or no sim needed if your phone has e-sim)

Multiple of my friends did it.
