I am always getting into trouble with any one of my account😥. I opened 3 lines at T-M store and including all discounts, my first bill is showing as $99. On top of that chat reps adjusted $20 for online fee + $10 autopay.
Now my first bill due is $69.
My wife's account is took more time and store rep completed the order that during store closing hours. Instead of one plan, she created as three individual lines 😥. Next day I went to the store and she corrected the plan. But my wife's first bill is generated with $168 instead of $112. Chatted with rep now from app and she said autopay will reflect in next bill and I need to pay $168. Is there any possible way to adjust the bill? TIA.
if the bill is high because of wrong setup at store, then maybe go the same store and see if they can adjust it? and why did you open only 3 lines on both the accounts instead of 4?

Sure. I will go to the store and ask them to adjust. Thanks. I asked the store rep to open only one AT&T number but she suggested me to go with 3 lines to get 3rd line free promo, hookup discount added. But I was not aware about assistance fee :-(. Because of assistance fee only they created three lines which I came to know after reading the posts here.

I added another line through online and made it to eSIM on XS. SIM is still in transit. Mad

If you add an additional paid line after you receive the free line promo, and cancel the additional paid line down the road if the person doesn't like t-mobile coverage, will you lose the free line promo because of cancelling the additional line? Thanks.

If anyone is looking to pickup just SIMs for $10 each today and walk out the door (no $20 assistance fee) a likely correlation for stores willing to sell standalone SIMs is if they are corporate owned locations. To figure out which stores in your area are, use TMO site store locator, and any store that simply says "T-Mobile store" should be a corporate store, rather than "T-Mobile authorized retailer" or similar.

I would guess the reason authorized dealers wouldn't want to sell standalone SIMs is because they work on commission from T-Mobile paying them to sell as much as possible, if they sell just the SIMs they lose out on a sizable commission by doing so. For corporate stores I'm guessing they don't too much care about this. Also basing this on a call to an authorized store that said no it has to be processed through us with a $20 assistance + $10 SIM per line, vs a corporate location that said no problem we'll sell you just the SIM for $10.

Good luck everyone Smilie

Hoping I can get 4 ATT numbers from ebay in few minutes and drive up to a Tmobile store nearby, is it too late to jump on this Promo?

If you closed Sprint account recently, need to spend more time in store for social removal. If you don't have any link with Sprint in past, it will be very fast.

It ends today 10/1, don't know what time zone T-mo uses.

I ported out a Sprint Account about 8 months back. So, I might run into some issues. I'll skip this one. Thanks.

You are good to open new T-M account with less than 10 minutes without any issues. Did you try to create new TM account through online?

If you still can log into your Sprint account, you WILL have problems placing an order with T-mo for this deal.

Was wondering are you able to go back to another carried you ported out from and receive the promo? We had an original family plan that went from Verizon -> T-mobile -> ATT, porting our numbers over to get a free phone, am I eligible to go port back to Verizon or t-mobile to get a promo again?
