That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

nice to see others having the same autopay issue and seems like an easy fix via call. i was hoping it would correct itself. when i did a double port, same thing happened to me, but auto resolved after 48HRS. but for me, i lost autopay and the 3rd line free discounts. made me think about various scenarios and how that would happen. im assuming the system somehow thinks the old number after a port is a cancellation. luckily for me, system auto fixed. but im glad you were able to call and get that resolved easily.
How long does it take system to update the information? Overnight or 48 hours? No change under promo/discount yet.

Did you activate eSIM online, or had to visit the store? I chated with Rep, chat rep asked me to call the Help desk, when called helpdesk then asked to visit the store for eSIM.

If you have T-Mobile app, log in and chat. The rep will get you going doesn't have to go to store.
I contacted FB T-Force and he activated eSIM within few minutes. He conveyed that they are not active in social support and they are active in Chat in online or chat from app. As Dealsogood2pass said, I started contacting support team through app and I use to get the live agent without any delay.

Yes correct. Sometimes desktop chat version doesn't load properly. App version is always fast and no delay.

What is the specific advantage of using the esim ?
if you do activate the esim, Can you stick a physical sim in and effectvely have a dual sim phone? Can you stick in another t-mobile sim?

You can use two providers in one device. I am using Visible physical sim for $50 promo and using T-Mobile on my eSIM. Also you can use two t-Mobile sim in one device.

Ok. I assume you need to get the phone unlocked to use a sim from different carrier.
On the iphone, T-mobile told me it would pull data only from the esim account. Does android use the data from whichever sim is currently selected?

Yes on android you can select whichever sim you want for call, text, and data. You could chose to have one sim for data, the other for call and text. Only one sim on data at a time. But for inbound call and text you could have both. For outbound call and text you can specify whichever one you want or have the option to ask to chose which sim you want everytime you text or call.

Regarding Verizon SIM, you have two options,
  1. First Option, Before placing the order, go grab the SIM from Apple Store, and then while placing the order, Verizon asks if you already have SIM cards.
  2. Second Option, Place the order and select store pickup so that you can port immediately
You have to port out within 3 days to avoid Activation Charges.

Chat with Verizon Rep to ask them if you don't get the good network/service in your location, how quickly you can port-out? Then you can decide next course of action
Hi, so I started the Verizon process and realized that two of the four numbers can't be ported to Verizon. One of the family members does not want a new number, so I'd be shorted $250 if I proceed with Verizon since I'd only be able to port three lines.

I checked with ATT and all four numbers can be ported. I also chatted with support and it doesn't appear that ATT offers a 3 day grace period like Verizon, during which I could port out within 3 days and not incur any charges. However, they did state I would be billed a prorated amount for the time the service was active. Therefore, keeping the service active for about 7 days would be about $35.

So a few questions:

1. Do you foresee any issues going the ATT route? Any reason you can see why this wouldn't work?

2. While the ATT service is active (To allow time for the port from Cricket to ATT to complete and sit for a few days), are we able to use the TMO sims with temporary numbers?

Thank you!!

The deal expired. Do you still want to get $250 promo? If so, it's too late.
